Οι «ερυθρόλευκες» επέβαλαν την ανωτερότητά τους από το πρώτο σετ και τελικά επιβλήθηκαν με 3-0 (16-25, 19-25, 20-25), για να πανηγυρίσουν την έκτη συνεχόμενη νίκη τους στο πρωτάθλημα και να συνεχίσουν το κυνήγι του πρωτοπόρου και αήττητου Παναθηναϊκού.
