Karditsa welcomed AEK for the 15th matchday of the Stoiximan Greek Basketball League at "G. Bourousis". The home team showed a very good face and claimed victory until the end. However, in the last minutes Enosias showed character, found more solutions and finally won with 79-71. Thus, AEK has a record of 10-4 and Karditsa 4-10.

For the winners, Bartley finished the game with 30 points, 3 rebounds, 2 assists, 2 steals and 1 block in 33:18, with Arms adding 13 points, 5 rebounds and 2 assists in 27:16. On the other hand, Brandon Jefferson stood out with 15 points, 2 rebounds, 5 assists and 1 steal in 31:24, with Ellis counting 14 points, 3 rebounds and 1 assist in 22:55.

AEK entered the game strongly and with Flionis, Bartley and Gray took the lead with 2-7. With three-pointers from Ellis and Brandon Jefferson, Karditsa took the lead (8-7) and the first with a new three-pointer brought the hosts to +3 (14-11). Then it was Ellis' turn to hit from 6.75m, but AEK found an answer again, this time with three shots by Arms (48-54). With Kuzminskas and Gray, the Union reached +8 (50-58) and entered the last quarter ahead with 56-60.

Gray and Arms with a 4-0 made it 56-64, but Karditsa... stepped on the gas in the attack and with Madsen, Horkler and Brandon Jefferson reduced the lead to the basket (62-64). After Brandon Jefferson's well-aimed shot, Bartley scored from 6.75m, but Kamberidis "answered" and immediately reduced the lead to 3 (66-69). In the following minutes, the home team had difficulty finding a score, while at the same time AEK with Arms, Charalambopoulos and Bartley found themselves at +7 (68-75). Horkler gave Karditsa a solution (70-75) and with 57" to go, Arms was sent off for his fifth foul. Ellis hit 1/2 free throws (71-75) while Bartley made 2/2 and made it 71-77 with 49" on the clock. The home team was unable to come back and AEK eventually won (71-79).

Η Καρδίτσα υποδέχθηκε την ΑΕΚ για την 15η αγωνιστική της Stoiximan Greek Basketball League στο «Γ. Μπουρούσης». Οι γηπεδούχοι έδειξαν πολύ καλό πρόσωπο και διεκδίκησαν τη νίκη μέχρι το τέλος. Όμως, στα τελευταία λεπτά η Ένωση έδειξε χαρακτήρα, βρήκε περισσότερες λύσεις και τελικά κέρδισε με 79-71. Έτσι, η ΑΕΚ έχει ρεκόρ 10-4 και η Καρδίτσα 4-10.

Για τους νικητές ο Μπάρτλεϊ τελείωσε τον αγώνα με 30 πόντους, 3 ριμπάουντ, 2 ασίστ, 2 κλεψίματα και 1 μπλοκ σε 33:18, με τον Αρμς να προσθέτει 13 πόντους, 5 ριμπάουντ και 2 ασίστ σε 27:16. Η ΑΕΚ μπήκε δυνατά στον αγώνα και με τους Φλιώνη, Μπάρτλεϊ και Γκρέι προηγήθηκε με 2-7. Με τρίποντα από τους Έλις και Μπράντον Τζέφερσον η Καρδίτσα πέρασε μπροστά (8-7) και ο πρώτος με νέο τρίποντο έφερε τους γηπεδούχους στο +3 (14-11). Με τους Πετσάρσκι και Μπάρτλεϊ ο «Δικέφαλος» πήρε ξανά το προβάδισμα (16-17) και το διατήρησε μέχρι το τέλος του πρώτου δεκαλέπτου (16-20).

Μετά τις βολές του Μπάρτλεϊ, οι Τζέφερσον και Χόρκλερ με ένα σερί 5-0 έριξαν τη διαφορά στον πόντο (21-22). Η Ένωση «απάντησε» με τον Κουζμίνσκας για το 21-26 και αργότερα με ένα 9-0 η διαφορά ανέβηκε στους 9 (26-37). Με τους Έλις και Μπράντον Τζέφερσον η Καρδίτσα μείωσε στους 5 (32-37) και αυτή ήταν και η διαφορά των δύο ομάδων στο ημίχρονο (34-39).

Το πάλεψε η Καρδίτσα, πήρε τη νίκη η ΑΕΚ

Ο Ντέιμιεν Τζέφερσον με τρίποντο μείωσε σε 41-43, αλλά ο Μπάρτλεϊ «απάντησε» με τρεις βολές (41-46) και με τρίποντο αργότερα διαμόρφωσε το 45-51. Μετά ήρθε η σειρά του Έλις να ευστοχήσει από τα 6,75μ., αλλά η ΑΕΚ βρήκε ξανά απάντηση, αυτή τη φορά με τρεις βολές του Αρμς (48-54). Με τους Κουζμίνσκας και Γκρέι η Ένωση έφτασε στο +8 (50-58) και μπήκε στο τελευταίο δεκάλεπτο μπροστά με 56-60.

Γκρέι και Άρμς με ένα 4-0 διαμόρφωσαν το 56-64, αλλά η Καρδίτσα... πάτησε το γκάζι στην επίθεση και με τους Μάντσεν, Χόρκλερ και Μπράντον Τζέφερσον μείωσε στο καλάθι (62-64). Μετά την εύστοχη βολή του Μπράντον Τζέφερσον, ο Μπάρτλεϊ σκόραρε από τα 6,75μ., αλλά ο Καμπερίδης «απάντησε» και μείωσε άμεσα ξανά στους 3 (66-69). Στα επόμενε λεπτά οι γηπεδούχοι δυσκολεύτηκαν να βρουν σκορ, ενώ την ίδια ώρα η ΑΕΚ με τους Αρμς, Χαραλαμπόπολου και Μπάρτλεϊ βρέθηκε στο +7 (68-75). Ο Χόρκλερ έδωσε λύση στην Καρδίτσα (70-75) και με 57" για το φινάλε ο Αρμς αποβλήθηκε με πέμπτο φάουλ. Ο Έλις ευστόχησε σε 1/2 βολές από το φάουλ (71-75) ενώ ο Μπάρτλεϊ έκανε το 2/2 και διαμόρφωσε το 71-77 με 49" στο χρονόμετρο. Οι γηπεδούχοι δεν μπόρεσαν να επιστρέψουν και έτσι η ΑΕΚ πήρε τελικά τη νίκη (71-79).
