Galbiati: "Panathinaikos played a dominant game, we were not at their level"

Ο Παναθηναϊκός επέστρεψε με εμφατικό τρόπο στις νίκες στη Euroleague, καθώς σάρωσε με σκορ 93-74 την Μπασκόνια στο Telekom Center Athens, υποχρεώνοντας τους Βάσκους στην 11η ήττα τους σε 12 εκτός έδρας αναμετρήσεις.

Μετά την αναμέτρηση, ο Πάολο Γκαλμπιάτι έκανε τις καθιερωμένες δηλώσεις στη συνέντευξη Τύπου και αναφέρθηκε στα στοιχεία που οδήγησαν σε αυτή τη βαριά ήττα της ομάδας του, παραδεχόμενος την ανωτερότητα των «πράσινων», τους οποίους συνεχάρη για τη νίκη.

«Συγχαρητήρια στον Παναθηναϊκό, τον Αταμάν και το επιτελείο του, έπαιξαν ένα κυριαρχικό και έντονο παιχνίδι με επαφή, ήταν καλύτεροι από το τζάμπολ. Δεν μπορέσαμε να παίξουμε το παιχνίδι μας, μας έλειψε πολύ η σκληράδα στην άμυνά μας.

Τα εύσημα πρέπει να πάνε στον Παναθηναϊκό, καθώς με τους έμπειρους παίκτες που έχει ξέφυγε από νωρίς με διψήφια διαφορά και εμείς δεν μπορούσαμε να κάνουμε κάτι. Δεν ήμασταν στο επίπεδό τους σήμερα, ο Παναθηναϊκός είναι διεκδικητής της Ευρωλίγκας», είπε αναλυτικά.
