More specifically, by the beginning of June, the agreements on the terms of construction and operation of all new sports facilities are expected to be completed, while the final contacts will be made between the Municipality of Athens, the Amateur, the PAE and the banks. There is already an agreement between Amateur Panathinaikos and AEP Eleonas (the special purpose company established by Alpha and Piraeus banks) for the buildings that the company will build in the space that will be given to the clover.

"The goal of the municipality is to ensure the public interest and to return the stadium and the public infrastructure as soon as possible. The municipality has set a suffocating schedule in order to auction the construction of the stadium during the summer ", said Alexandros Tsiatsiamis.

At the same time, the Amateur asked AEPA Eleonas to describe the indoor stadium in the agreement as a stadium of 2,000-3,000 seats, which she accepted on the condition, however, that the provisions of the presidential decree for the agreed cost should not be changed. The agreement is now in the hands of the Municipality for some minor improvements and then it will be put at the discretion of the General Assembly of the Amateur.

For the second agreement, between the Municipality of Athens and the PAE, it will describe precisely the financial and other obligations of the two sides, with the most important part concerning the fixed rent that the team will pay to the municipality from the commercial operations and activities of the stadium. football.

Οι διεργασίες για το γήπεδο του Παναθηναϊκού στον Βοτανικό προχωράνε, καθώς θα γίνει δημοπράτηση του έργου μέσα στο καλοκαίρι, εφόσον υπερψηφιστεί στη Γενική Συνέλευση του Παναθηναϊκού.

Το ερχόμενο καλοκαίρι αναμένεται να υπάρξουν σημαντικές εξελίξεις σχετικά με το γήπεδο του Παναθηναϊκού στον Βοτανικό και για του ποδοσφαίρου, αλλά και για τις εγκαταστάσεις του Ερασιτέχνη. «Το 95% της προετοιμασίας για το έργο στον Βοτανικό έχει ολοκληρωθεί», δηλώνει ο ΓΓ του Δήμου Αθηναίων Αλέξανδρος Τσιατσιάμης στην «Καθημερινή» σημειώνοντας πως πρόθεση είναι να γίνει η δημοπράτηση της κατασκευής για το νέο «σπίτι» του Παναθηναϊκού μέσα στο καλοκαίρι.

Πιο συγκεκριμένα, μέχρι τις αρχές Ιουνίου αναμένεται να έχουν ολοκληρωθεί οι συμφωνίες στους όρους κατασκευής και λειτουργίας όλων των νέων αθλητικών εγκαταστάσεων, ενώ θα γίνουν και οι τελικές επαφές ανάμεσα στον Δήμο Αθηναίων, τον Ερασιτέχνη, την ΠΑΕ και τις τράπεζες. Υπάρχει ήδη συμφωνία ανάμεσα στον Ερασιτέχνη Παναθηναϊκό και την ΑΕΠ Ελαιώνα (η εταιρεία ειδικού σκοπού που έχουν ιδρύσει οι τράπεζες Alpha και Πειραιώς) για τα κτίρια που θα κατασκευάσει η εταιρία στον χώρο που θα δοθεί στο τριφύλλι.

«Στόχος του δήμου είναι να διασφαλίσει το δημόσιο συμφέρον και να αποδώσει το γήπεδο και τις δημόσιες υποδομές το συντομότερο δυνατόν. Ο δήμος έχει θέσει ένα ασφυκτικό χρονοδιάγραμμα με σκοπό να δημοπρατήσει την κατασκευή του γηπέδου μέσα στο καλοκαίρι», δήλωσε ο Αλέξανδρος Τσιατσιάμης.

Παράλληλα ο Ερασιτέχνης ζήτησε από την ΑΕΠ Ελαιώνα το κλειστό γήπεδο να περιγραφεί στη συμφωνία ως γήπεδο 2.000-3.000 θέσεων, κάτι που εκείνη δέχτηκε υπό τον όρο όμως να μη μεταβληθούν τα προβλεπόμενα από το προεδρικό διάταγμα για το κόστος που έχει συμφωνηθεί. Η συμφωνία πλέον βρίσκεται στα χέρια του Δήμου για κάποιες μικροβελτιώσεις κι ακολούθως θα τεθεί στην κρίση της ΓΣ του Ερασιτέχνη.

Για τη δεύτερη συμφωνία, ανάμεσα σε Δήμο Αθηναίων και την ΠΑΕ, θα περιγράφει επακριβώς τις οικονομικές και άλλες υποχρεώσεις των δύο πλευρών, με το πιο σημαντικό μέρος να αφορά το σταθερό μίσθωμα που θα καταβάλλει η ομάδα στον δήμο από τις εμπορικές λειτουργίες και δραστηριότητες του γηπέδου ποδοσφαίρου.
