Το θερμότερο καλωσόρισμα επεφύλαξαν στον Γουέσλι Σνάιντερ οι οπαδοί της Νις, αλλά και οι άνθρωποι της ομάδας.
Αρκετός κόσμος έδωσε το παρών στο προπονητικό κέντρο, όπου υποδέχτηκαν τον Ολλανδό μέσο με καπνογόνα και συνθήματα, στην πρώτη του προπόνηση με τη φανέλα των «αετών».
Όσο για τους ανθρώπους της ομάδας, δημοσίευσαν ένα βίντεο με… κάθε βήμα του Σνάιντερ μέχρι την συμμετοχή του στο πρόγραμμα της ομάδας. Από την άφιξή του στο αεροδρόμιο, μέχρι την είσοδό του για πρώτη φορά στα αποδυτήρια και το γήπεδο.
