Toliopoulos, Mitoglou and Grigonis led Panathinaikos AKTOR to a 99-75 victory against Mykonos Betsson, two days after the elimination with Valencia. The green world that was at the Telekom Center Athens applauded Shorts more than anyone else.

Τολιόπουλος, Μήτογλου και Γκριγκόνις οδήγησαν τον Παναθηναϊκό AKTOR σε νίκη με 99-75 κόντρα στη Μύκονο Betsson, δύο ημέρες μετά τον αποκλεισμό με τη Βαλένθια. Ο κόσμος των πρασίνων που βρέθηκε στο Telekom Center Athens χειροκρότησε περισσότερο από κάθε άλλον τον Σορτς.

Η επόμενη ή μάλλον η μεθεπόμενη ημέρα του τέλους της ευρωπαϊκής σεζόν του Παναθηναϊκού AKTOR είχε αγωνιστική υποχρέωση για τα playoffs της Stoiximan GBL. Περίπου 5.000 οπαδοί του τριφυλλιού βρέθηκαν στο Telekom Center Athens για να δείξουν την αγάπη τους στην ομάδα και οι πράσινοι κέρδισαν τη Μύκονο Betsson με 99-75.

Κέντρικ Ναν (σπασμός στον αυχένα) και Κένεθ Φαρίντ (οστικό οίδημα στην κνήμη του αριστερού του ποδιού) δεν αγωνίστηκαν, ενώ ο Τζέντι Όσμαν είναι εκτός οκτάδας ξένων, με τους Βασίλη Τολιόπουλο (15 πόντοι, 4 ασίστ, 2 κλεψίματα), Ντίνο Μήτογλου (24 πόντοι, 4 ριμπάουντ, 2 ασίστ, 2 κλεψίματα) και Μάριους Γκριγκόνις (15 πόντοι, 3 ασίστ) να έχουν τον πρώτο λόγο στο σκοράρισμα.

Ο Τι Τζέι Σορτς ήταν εκείνος που είχε την πιο θερμή υποδοχή κάθε φορά που πατούσε το πόδι του στο Glass Floor -μετά και το σχόλιο που είχε κάνει ο Εργκίν Αταμάν στο ημίχρονο του Game 5 με τη Βαλένθια- ενώ οι φίλοι της ομάδας χειροκρότησαν και τον Ματίας Λεσόρ μετά από μία χαμένη προσπάθεια. Με πρόβλημα στον αριστερό αστράγαλο αποχώρησε στο 24′ ο Παναγιώτης Καλαϊτζάκης. Για λιγότερα από 6′ αγωνίστηκε ο Τζέριαν Γκραντ.

Από πλευράς ηττημένων ξεχώρισε ο Τζάστιν Μπιγκς, που πέτυχε double-double με 19 πόντους, 12 ριμπάουντ. Ακολούθησε ο Ταϊρί Άπλμπι με 16 πόντους και ο Μάιλς Χέσον με 11.
