Atromitos - AEL Novibet 3-2

Atromitos was a dominant force, scoring three goals in the first 45 minutes and… knocked out AEL (3-2) who, playing with a player more (Zoumber sent off) after 48 minutes, played it all for everything, but failed to avoid their third consecutive defeat in the play-outs in a packed match that had it all in Peristeri.

The home team had the initiative in the first minutes but did not threaten until the 17th minute.

At that point in time and in their first final of the game, they found their way to the net.

Yubitana, with a nice vertical pass, brought Bakou into a shooting position, who took the ball and sent it under the feet of Anagnostopoulos, putting Atromitos ahead (1-0).

AEL tried to react and had a good moment in the 20th minute with a pass from Garate that was collected by Gugesashvili.

Goal by Mansour (2-0)

The Peristeri team paired its goals in the 25th minute. Yubitana executed the corner kick, Mansour undisturbedly caught the header and found the net (2-0) with the AEL defense floundering.

Second good chance for the guests in the 32nd minute. Tupta caught a dangerous shot from the semi-circle and Gugesashvili cleared it for a corner.

Goal via VAR (3-0)

In the 41st minute, Bakou went behind the Thessalon defense again, caught Anagnostopoulos and sent the ball into the net.

In the first minute, the assistant raised the flag for offside, however, through the semi-automatic offside, the goal counted normally and Atromitos shot the score (3-0).

In the first minute of injury time of the first half, the header of the unmarked Hadjistravos from the height of the penalty ended up out.

Zumber sent off

In the 48th minute, Atromitos was left with 10 players due to Zumber being sent off. Initially, the referee showed a yellow card to the Swiss midfielder for marking with the stoppers on Apostolakis' ankle.

However, the VAR (Tsakalidis) called him to check the situation and the referee changed the color of the card, sending off Tsumber.

AEL found...a pulse (3-1)

Playing with a player more, AEL reduced the score and took...a breath in the 51st minute. Olafsson made the turn inside the area and Apostolakis, with a place at the far post, sent it into the net (3-1).

Super Gugesashvili

AEL took...the lead, spectacularly increased turns and within four minutes (52'- 56') missed three great opportunities for a goal with Gugesashvili lowering the shutters.

The Georgian goalkeeper of Atromitos saved a threatening shot by Peres (52'), an excellent shot by Hadjistravos (55') and a place kick by Touptas (56').

A unique opportunity for Atromitos to make it 4-1 in the 70' with Ukaki coming out in front of Anagnostopoulos and placing a high shot.

AEL scored in the match (3-2)

In the 80' the Thessalian team returned to the game for good when Kakutas passed to Touptas and he placed the ball and found the net (3-2).

In the 84' Atromitos had the opportunity for the fourth goal with Ukaki entering the area and facing Anagnostopoulos to place a shot.

Third consecutive defeat for AEL in the mini-league of play-outs with the "crimson" leaving empty-handed from Peristeri (despite the great effort in the second 45 minutes), essentially paying for the tragic performance and the three goals they conceded in the first half.

First victory for Atromitos in the play-outs, which almost missed out on a victory that seemed to be in its pocket at the half-time break, seriously in danger from the moment it was left with 10 players due to the...stupid expulsion of Tsoumber.

Referee Katikos (Athens) showed a yellow card to Apostolakis, Michorl, Tsoumber, Karamanis, Stavropoulos.

Καταιγιστικός ο Ατρόμητος πέτυχε τρία γκολ στο πρώτο 45λεπτο και έριξε στο… καναβάτσο (3-2) την ΑΕΛ που αγωνιζόμενη με παίκτη παραπάνω (αποβολή Τσούμπερ) μετά το 48΄, τα έπαιξε όλα για όλα, χωρίς όμως να αποφύγει την τρίτη σερί ήττα στα play outs σε ένα γεμάτο ματς που τα είχε όλα στο Περιστέρι.

Οι γηπεδούχοι είχαν την πρωτοβουλία των κινήσεων στα πρώτα λεπτά χωρίς όμως να απειλούν μέχρι το 17΄.

Σε εκείνο το χρονικό σημείο και στην πρώτη τους τελική στο παιχνίδι βρήκαν το δρόμο προς τα δίχτυα.

Ο Γιουμπιτάνα με ωραία κάθετη πάσα έβγαλε τον Μπάκου σε θέση βολής ,αυτός πλάσαρε κι έστειλε την μπάλα κάτω από τα πόδια του Αναγνωστόπουλου βάζοντας μπροστά στο σκορ (1-0) τον Ατρόμητο.

Η ΑΕΛ προσπάθησε να αντιδράσει κι είχε καλή στιγμή στο 20΄με πλασέ του Γκαράτε που μάζεψε ο Γκουγκεσασβίλι.

Γκολ ο Μανσούρ (2-0)

Η ομάδα του Περιστερίου ζευγάρωσε τα τέρματά της στο 25΄. Ο Γιουμπιτάνα εκτέλεσε το κόρνερ, ο Μανσούρ ανενόχλητος έπιασε την κεφαλιά και βρήκε δίχτυα (2-0) με την άμυνα της ΑΕΛ να πελαγοδρομεί. 

Δεύτερη καλή ευκαιρία για τους φιλοξενούμενους στο 32΄. Ο Τούπτα έπιασε επικίνδυνο σουτ από το ημικύκλιο και ο Γκουγκεσασβίλι έδιωξε σε κόρνερ.

Γκολ μέσω VAR (3-0)

Στο 41΄ο Μπάκου έφυγε ξανά στην πλάτη της άμυνας των Θεσσαλών πρόλαβε τον Αναγνωστόπουλο κι έστειλε την μπάλα στα δίχτυα.

Σε πρώτο χρόνο ο βοηθός σήκωσε τη σημαία για οφσάιντ, ωστόσο μέσω του ημιαυτόματου οφσάιντ το γκολ μέτρησε κανονικά και ο Ατρόμητος εκτόξευσε το σκορ (3-0).

Στο πρώτο λεπτό των καθυστερήσεων του α΄ημιχρόνου κεφαλιά του ξεμαρκάριστου Χατζηστραβού από το ύψος του πέναλτι κατέληξε άουτ.  

Αποβολή Τσούμπερ

Στο 48΄ο Ατρόμητος έμεινε με 10 παίκτες λόγω αποβολής του Τσούμπερ. Αρχικά ο διαιτητής έδειξε κίτρινη κάρτα στον Ελβετό μεσοεπιθετικό για μαρκάρισμα με τις τάπες στον αστράγαλο του Αποστολάκη.

Ωστόσο το VAR (Τσακαλίδης) τον κάλεσε να τσεκάρει την φάση κι ο ρέφερι άλλαξε το χρώμα της κάρτας αποβάλλοντας τον Τσούμπερ.

Βρήκε...σφυγμό η ΑΕΛ (3-1)

Αγωνιζόμενη με παίκτη παραπάνω η ΑΕΛ μείωσε το σκορ και πήρε...ανάσα στο 51΄. Ο Όλαφσον έκανε το γύρισμα μέσα στην περιοχή και ο Αποστολάκης με πλασέ στο δεύτερο δοκάρι την έστειλε στα δίχτυα (3-1). 

Σούπερ Γκουγκεσασβίλι

Η ΑΕΛ πήρε τα…πάνω της, ανέβασε θεαματικά στροφές και μέσα σε τέσσερα λεπτά (52΄- 56΄) έχασε τρεις μεγάλες ευκαιρίες για γκολ με τον Γκουγκεσασβίλι να κατεβάζει τα ρολά.

Ο Γεωργιανός κίπερ του Ατρομήτου απέκρουσε απειλητικό σουτ του Πέρες (52΄), εξαιρετικό σουτ του Χατζηστραβού (55΄) και πλασέ του Τούπτα (56΄).

Μοναδική ευκαιρία για τον Ατρόμητο να κάνει το 4-1 στο 70΄με τον Ουκάκι να βγαίνει απέναντι από τον Αναγνωστόπουλο και να πλασάρει ψηλά άουτ.

Μέσα στο ματς η ΑΕΛ (3-2)

Στο 80΄η θεσσαλική ομάδα επέστρεψε για τα καλά στο παιχνίδι όταν ο Κακουτά πάσαρε στον Τούπτα κι αυτός με πλασέ βρήκε δίχτυα (3-2).

Στο 84΄ο Ατρόμητος είχε την ευκαιρία για το τέταρτο γκολ με τον Ουκάκι να μπαίνει μέσα στην περιοχή και απέναντι από τον Αναγνωστόπουλο να πλασάρει άουτ. 

Τρίτη σερί ήττα για την ΑΕΛ στο μίνι πρωτάθλημα των play outs με τους «βυσσινί» να φεύγουν με άδεια χέρια και από το Περιστέρι (παρά την υπερπροσπάθεια στο δευτερο 45λεπτο) πληρώνοντας επί της ουσίας την τραγική εμφάνιση και τα τρία γκολ που δέχτηκαν στο α΄ημίχρονο.

Πρώτη νίκη για τον Ατρόμητο στα play outs που λίγο έλειψε να μην πάρει μια νίκη που έμοιαζε να έχει στο τσεπάκι του στην ανάπαυλα του ημιχρόνου  κινδυνευόντας σοβαρά από την στιγμή που έμεινε με 10 παίκτες λόγω της…ανόητης αποβολής του Τσούμπερ.
