The match of the 18th matchday of the Super League 2 was held without a match doctor – Intervention of the football prosecutor.

Hellas Syros is under the microscope of the disciplinary bodies, since according to the Head of Disciplinary Prosecution, Konstantinos Spyropoulos, there was no match doctor present in the match with Kalamata, as provided for by the regulations.

The match of the 18th matchday of the B’ Group of the Super League 2, which was held on January 25 at the Municipal Stadium of Ilioupoli, took place despite the absence of a doctor, resulting in the activation of the disciplinary procedure by the football prosecutor.

According to the KAP, the presence of a doctor is a necessary condition for the conduct of a match, while the responsibility lies with the home team. This specific violation led to the prosecution of the Syros club.

It states in detail:

The Head of Disciplinary Prosecution, Konstantinos Spyropoulos, prosecuted the APO HELLAS SYROU club, because in the game between the teams APO HELLAS SYROU - PS Kalamata FC for the 18th matchday of Group B of the Super League 2 championship, there was no match doctor on the field, although as the home team it was responsible for the presence of a doctor at the game.

Χωρίς γιατρό αγώνα διεξήχθη η αναμέτρηση της 18ης αγωνιστικής της Super League 2 – Παρέμβαση του ποδοσφαιρικού εισαγγελέα.

Στο μικροσκόπιο των πειθαρχικών οργάνων βρίσκεται η Ελλάς Σύρου, αφού σύμφωνα με τον Υπεύθυνο Πειθαρχικής Δίωξης, Κωνσταντίνο Σπυρόπουλο, στον αγώνα με την Καλαμάτα δεν υπήρχε παρών ιατρός αγώνα, όπως προβλέπεται από τον κανονισμό.

Η αναμέτρηση της 18ης αγωνιστικής του Β’ Ομίλου της Super League 2, που διεξήχθη στις 25 Ιανουαρίου στο Δημοτικό Στάδιο Ηλιούπολης, πραγματοποιήθηκε παρά την απουσία γιατρού, με αποτέλεσμα την ενεργοποίηση της πειθαρχικής διαδικασίας από τον ποδοσφαιρικό εισαγγελέα.

Σύμφωνα με τον ΚΑΠ, η παρουσία ιατρού αποτελεί απαραίτητη προϋπόθεση για τη διεξαγωγή ενός αγώνα, ενώ την ευθύνη φέρει η γηπεδούχος ομάδα. Η συγκεκριμένη παράβαση οδήγησε στην άσκηση δίωξης εις βάρος του συλλόγου της Σύρου.

Ο Υπεύθυνος Πειθαρχικής Δίωξης, Κωνσταντίνος Σπυρόπουλος, άσκησε δίωξη σε βάρος του σωματείου ΑΠΟ ΕΛΛΑΣ ΣΥΡΟΥ, διότι στο παιχνίδι μεταξύ των ομάδων ΠΑΕ ΑΠΟ ΕΛΛΑΣ ΣΥΡΟΥ - ΠΑΕ ΠΣ Καλαμάτα για την 18η αγωνιστική του Β' Ομίλου του πρωταθλήματος της Super League 2 δεν υπήρχε στο γήπεδο ιατρός αγώνα, αν και ως γηπεδούχος ομάδα ήταν υπεύθυνη για την παρουσία ιατρού στον αγώνα.
