Stefanos Tsitsipas got the ticket for the quarterfinals of the open in Rotterdam.

Ilias Ivaska easily prevailed with a 2-0 set (6-4, 6-1 in 1 hour and 11 minutes) and in the "8" phase, the Australian Alex De Minor is waiting for him tomorrow.

The road to the final is now passable as if he overcomes the obstacle of De Minor, he will play in the semifinals with Musetti or Lechetska.

A break and 1-0 set for Tsitsipa

Ivaska served to stay in the set, but with three of his own effortless mistakes, Tsitsipas made the first break in the match and at the same time the 1-0 in the sets.

The second set

The 3-0 came easily with another love service game that came from aces, weak returns of Ivaska and a winner of Stefanos at the end.

With a forehand winner, Stefanos made a second break and with an ace comfortably reached 5-0 in the set. The game had no return for Ivaska who collapsed after 3-0. He served to stay in the match and did it easily, reducing it to 5-1 with a drop shot, but Tsitsipas closed the set and the qualification with a lost return of the Belarusian.

Ο Στέφανος Τσιτσιπάς συνεχίζει ακάθεκτος στο Ρότερνταμ καθώς κέρδισε τον Ιβάσκα και περιμένει τον Ντε Μινόρ στα προημιτελικά.

Ο Στέφανος Τσιτσιπάς πήρε το εισιτήριο για τα προημιτελικά του όπεν στο Ρότερνταμ.

Επικράτησε εύκολα του Ιλια Ιβάσκα με 2-0 σετ (6-4, 6-1 σε 1 ώρα και 11 λεπτά) και στην φάση των «8» τον περιμένει αύριο ο Αυστραλός Αλεξ Ντε Μινόρ.

Ο δρόμος για τον τελικό είναι βατός πλέον καθώς αν ξεπεράσει και το εμπόδιο του Ντε Μινόρ, θα παίξει στα ημιτελικά με Μουσέτι ή Λεχέτσκα.

Ενα break και 1-0 σετ για Τσιτσιπά

Με άσο ο Τσιτσιπάς έκανε το 1-0, αλλά έχασε δύο ευκαιρίες για break στη συνέχεια με τον Ιβάσκα να ισοφαρίζει 1-1 από αβίαστο λάθος του Ελληνα τενίστα. Ο Στέφανος έκανε το 2-1 με love service game στη συνέχεια.

Ο Στέφανος έχασε άλλες τρεις ευκαιρίες για break στο επόμενο game, όμως με το δεύτερο love service game (ήρθε με έναν άσο και 2 winners) πήρε προβάδισμα 3-2.

Το 3-3 έγινε από αβίαστο λάθος του Τσιτσιπά, ο οποίος με ένα ακόμη καλό service game προηγήθηκε 4-3. Ενα φόρχαντ στο φιλέ του Στέφανου έκανε το 4-4 στο σετ, ενώ στη συνέχεια το Νο4 του κόσμου χρειάστηκε να σώσει break point σε κρίσιμο σημείο, για να κάνει το υπέρ του 5-4 με χαμένη επιστροφή του αντιπάλου του στο σερβίς του.

Ο Ιβάσκα σέρβιρε για να μείνει στο σετ, αλλά με τρία δικά του αβίαστα λάθη ο Τσιτσιπάς έκανε το πρώτο break στο ματς και παράλληλα το 1-0 στα σετ.

Το δεύτερο σετ

Με ένα ακόμη love service game ο Τσιτσιπάς προηγήθηκε 1-0 στο δεύτερο σετ, ενώ από 30-0 κάτω στο σκορ, έκανε break από διπλό λάθος του αντιπάλου του, για το 2-0 στο σετ. Το 3-0 ήρθε εύκολα με ένα ακόμη love service game που ήρθε από άσους, αδύναμες επιστροφές του Ιβάσκα και έναν winner του Στέφανου στο τέλος.

Με φόρχαντ winner έκανε δεύτερο break o Στέφανος και με άσο έφτασε άνετα στο 5-0 στο σετ. Το παιχνίδι δεν είχε γυρισμό για τον Ιβάσκα ο οποίος μετά το 3-0 κατέρρευσε. Σέρβιρε για να μείνει στο ματς και το έκανε εύκολα, μειώνοντας σε 5-1 με drop shot, αλλά ο Τσιτσιπάς έκλεισε το σετ και την πρόκριση με χαμένη επιστροφή του Λευκορώσου.
