Όλα αυτά έχουν μπει στον πάγο. Ωστόσο, το BBC έβγαλε την ενδεκάδα της χρονιάς για τη φετινή Premier League μέσω ψηφοφορίας των αναγνωστών του.
Ήταν λογικό να κυριαρχήσει η Λίβερπουλ των 27 νικών στα 29 ματς που έχουν γίνει. Έξι από τους έντεκα παίκτες ήταν δικοί της. Από έναν είχαν οι Λέστερ και Μάντσεστερ Γιουνάιτεντ, ενώ δύο είχε η δεύτερη Μάντσεστερ Σίτι.

Από τα σχόλια που υπάρχουν στο Twitter του BBC, αυτό που παρατηρεί κανείς είναι πως αρκετοί εκδήλωσαν την αντίθεσή τους ως προς την επιλογή του Μπρούνο Φερνάντες. Ο Πορτογάλος εντυπωσίασε στο διάστημα που αγωνίστηκε, αλλά αυτό ήταν μικρό. Πέντε ματς πρόλαβε να παίξει πριν διακοπεί η Premier League λόγω του κορονοϊού και είχε δύο γκολ και τρεις ασίστ.

Τέλος, παίκτης της χρονιάς αναδείχτηκε ο Χέντερσον. Τους τελευταίους μήνες ήταν αρκετοί εκείνοι που έλεγαν ότι του αξίζει αυτό το βραβείο. Μένει να δούμε τελικά εάν θα πάρει και το PFA Award.
