Ο πρόεδρος της Παρί επιβεβαίωσε το ταξίδι του, αναφέροντας πως η επίσκεψη του αφορά αποκλειστικά το φιλανθρωπικό ίδρυμα Praia Grande, το οποίο επιθυμούσε να δει από κοντά.
