Opta have announced their best 2022 Premier League XI, but without the presence of Erling Haaland and Mohamed Salah.
2022 is already in the past, but the tributes and reviews of the past year continue. Opta specifically announced the eleven of the year for the Premier League.
There are two resounding absences in it. Liverpool's Mohamed Salah and Manchester City's Erling Haaland. For the Norwegian striker, the issue is a technical one, as players who played in the 2021/22 and 22/23 seasons were included.

Η Opta ανακοίνωσε την καλύτερη ενδεκάδα του 2022 για την Premier League, χωρίς όμως την παρουσία του Έρλινγκ Χάλαντ και του Μοχάμεντ Σαλάχ.
Το 2022 είναι πια παρελθόν, όμως τα αφιερώματα και οι ανασκοπήσεις για τη χρονιά που πέρασε συνεχίζονται. Η Opta συγκεκριμένα ανακοίνωσε την ενδεκάδα της χρονιάς για την Premier League.
Σε αυτήν υπάρχουν δύο ηχηρές απουσίες. Ο Μοχάμεντ Σάλαχ της Λίβερπουλ και ο Έρλινγκ Χάλαντ της Μάντσεστερ Σίτι. Για τον Νορβηγό στράικερ το ζήτημα είναι τεχνικό, καθώς συμπεριλήφθηκαν παίκτες που αγωνίστηκαν τις σεζόν 2021/22 και 22/23.
