Matt Morgan (1997, 1.93m) will be Aris Betsson's player for the next two years.

Matt Morgan was born on November 7, 1997 and with a height of 1.93m. he plays in the two guard positions.

The new athlete of ARIS Betsson spent his college career (2015-2019) at Cornell. In his first year he counted 18.9 points, 3.1 rebounds, 2.0 assists and 1.4 steals, earning a place in the Second Team All-Ivy League.

He achieved the same in his second season, with 18.1 points (first scorer of the region), 4.6 rebounds and 2.1 assists. His third year was even better, since he was selected to the First Team All-Ivy League, with 22.5 points, 4.6 rebounds and 3.2 assists.

He finished his 2019-20 NCAA season with 22.2 points, 4.5 rebounds and 3.0 assists, shooting 51% from the field and 43% from three-point range. He scored 2,333 points at Cornell, ranking him as the college's second-leading scorer of all time.

From 2019 to 2021, he played for the Raptors 905, an affiliate of the Toronto Raptors, averaging 8.3 and 8.7 points per game, respectively.

In 2021, he made his first transatlantic trip, playing for Turkish side Konyaspor, where he averaged 21.6 points (43% from three-point range), 4.5 rebounds and 5.3 assists. That season In 2022-23 he played in the French Le Mans, with 20.4 points, 2.5 rebounds and 4.0 assists per game.

In 2023 he moved to Great Britain and the London Lions in which he had 17.3 points, 2.9 rebounds and 3.6 assists. Performances that opened the way for him to the Euroleague, after he signed a two-year contract with Virtus Bologna. In 2024-25, in 74 games in the league and Euroleague, he had 9.1 points, 1.7 rebounds and 2.1 assists, contributing to the conquest of the Italian championship.

Last year, in 66 games in the league, cup and Euroleague, he counted 13 points, 1.5 rebounds and 2.2 assists.
