The appeal of Aris Petroupoli was rejected and PAS Pyrgos secured promotion to the B' National Division without having a point deducted.

It was fair and it became a fact, PAS Pyrgos will compete in Superleague 2 in the new season!

The Hellenic Football Association's Appeals Committee ruled on the appeal filed by Aris Petroupoli, deciding to reject it, which means that no point will ultimately be deducted from the Pyrgos team.

The Committee ruled that the Athenian team did not have the right to proceed with this procedure, therefore we also expect the officialization of the club's participation in the B' National Division in the new season.

Rejects, as unfounded, the appeal of the appellant sports club PAS Pyrgos against the 520/4.6.2026 decision of the EPO Disciplinary Committee

Rejects the 12139/08.06.2026 appeal of the sports club AS Aris Petroupoli against the 520/2026 decision of the EPO Disciplinary Committee as inadmissible.

Rejects the EPO protocol no. 12018/5.6.2026 appeal of the sports club PAO Kefalonia against the no. 31/2.6.2026 decision of the Disciplinary Committee of the Kefallinia-Ithaca Football Association, as unacceptable

Η έφεση του Άρη Πετρούπολης απορρίφθηκε και ο ΠΑΣ Πύργος εξασφάλισε την άνοδο στη Β' εθνική κατηγορία χωρίς να του αφαιρεθεί βαθμός.

Η ανακοίνωση της Επιτροπής Εφέσεων της ΕΠΟ

Ήταν δίκαιο κι έγινε πράξη, ο ΠΑΣ Πύργος τη νέα σεζόν θα αγωνίζεται στη Superleague 2!

Η Επιτροπή Εφέσεων της ΕΠΟ απεφάνθη σχετικά με την ένσταση που είχε καταθέσει ο Άρης Πετρούπολης αποφασίζοντας να την απορρίψει, πράγμα που σημαίνει ότι δεν θα αφαιρεθεί τελικά βαθμός από την ομάδα του Πύργου.

Η Επιτροπή έκρινε πως η αθηναϊκή ομάδα δεν είχε το δικαίωμα να προχωρήσει σε αυτή τη διαδικασία, επομένως αναμένουμε και την επισημοποίηση της συμμετοχής του συλλόγου στη Β' Εθνική τη νέα αγωνιστική περίοδο.

Απορρίπτει, ως αβάσιμη, την έφεση του εκκαλούντος αθλητικού σωματείου ΠΑΣ Πύργος κατά της 520/4.6.2026 απόφασης της Πειθαρχικής Επιτροπής της Ε.Π.Ο.

Απορρίπτει την 12139/08.06.2026 έφεση του αθλητικού σωματείου ΑΣ Άρης Πετρούπολης κατά της 520/2026 απόφασης της Πειθαρχικής Επιτροπής της Ε.Π.Ο. ως απαράδεκτη.

Απορρίπτει την υπ ’αριθμ.πρωτοκόλλου Ε.Π.Ο. 12018/5.6.2026 έφεση του αθλητικού σωματείου ΠΑΟ Κεφαλλονιάς κατά της υπ’αριθμ. 31/2.6.2026 αποφάσεως της Πειθαρχικής Επιτροπής της ΕΠΣ Κεφαλληνίας-Ιθάκης, ως απαράδεκτη
