In the same year, he played in the FIBA ​​Europe Cup final, where his team lost to Nanter 92, with him being named the best player of the final.

Before the start of the next season in France, Mustafa Fal participated in the 2016 NBA Summer League in Las Vegas with the Los Angeles Lakers.

In July 2017, he moved to the Turkish Sakarya BB and finished the season averaging 9.1 points, 6.1 rebounds, 2.1 assists and 2 blocks.

Επίσης, κατέκτησε το Κύπελλο Γαλλίας και στον τελικό με την JDA Dijon Basket αναδείχθηκε MVP με 11 πόντους, 11 ριμπάουντ και 6 τάπες. Πέραν της αξιόλογης παρουσίας του σε συλλογικό επίπεδο, ο Μουσταφά Φαλ έχει διαγράψει μια εξαιρετική πορεία και ως μέλος της Εθνικής Γαλλίας. Συγκεκριμένα, συμμετείχε στους Ολυμπιακούς Αγώνες του 2020, όπου και κατέκτησε το ασημένιο μετάλλιο. Τον Σεπτέμβριο του 2022 κατέκτησε ένα ακόμα ασημένιο μετάλλιο αυτή τη φορά στο Eurobasket, ενώ συμμετείχε και στο FIBA Basketball World Cup 2023.
