New problems for Rafa Benitez, as Pelistri and Ingason were injured and remain out until the end.

Two new problems arose for Rafa Benitez in the penultimate training session before the derby with AEK.

This year's unlucky player, Facundo Pelistri, suffered a new muscle injury, probably a strain on the adductor muscle and will miss Panathinaikos' remaining three games in the Stoiximan Super League.

Also, Ingi Ingason suffered a sprain and will probably miss the rest of the season as well.

Therefore, the problems for the greens are increasing, with the problem of the stoppers now being very big. Ahead of the fourth round of the playoffs and the away match against AEK, Hernandez is suspended, having seen the red card in the Avenue derby, while -apart from Ingason- Katris and Gentvay are also injured.

Thus, the only available stoppers at the moment are Palmer-Brown and Touba.

“With a morning training session at G. Kalafatis, Panathinaikos' preparation for the away match of the SuperLeague championship play-offs against AEK continued on Friday.

The program began with a warm-up, followed by a ball circulation exercise, tactics and concluded with a game on the half court. Ingi Ingason and Facundo Pelistri underwent tests where it was determined that the Icelandic defender has suffered a sprained ankle and the Uruguayan winger a first-degree contusion in the adductor. Sanchez, Katris did an individual program and Gentvay, Deschers, Sissoko received treatment.”

Νέα προβλήματα για τον Ράφα Μπενίτεθ, καθώς χτύπησαν και μένουν εκτός ως το τέλος οι Πελίστρι και Ίνγκασον.

Δύο νέα προβλήματα προέκυψαν για τον Ράφα Μπενίτεθ στην προτελευταία προπόνηση πριν το ντέρμπι με την ΑΕΚ.

Ο άτυχος της φετινής χρονιάς, Φακούντο Πελίστρι, υπέστη νέο μυϊκό τραυματισμό, πιθανότατα θλάση στον προσαγωγό και θα χάσει τα υπόλοιπα τρία παιχνίδια του Παναθηναϊκού στη Stoiximan Super League.

Επίσης, ο Ίνγκι Ίνγκασον υπέστη διάστρεμμα και κατά πάσα πιθανότητα και αυτός θα χάσει το υπόλοιπο της σεζόν.

Ως εκ τούτου τα προβλήματα στους πράσινους διογκώνονται, με το πρόβλημα των στόπερ να είναι πλέον πάρα πολύ μεγάλο. Ενόψει της τέταρτης αγωνιστικής των playoffs και της εκτός έδρας αναμέτρησης με την ΑΕΚ είναι τιμωρημένος ο Ερνάντεθ, ο οποίος είδε την κόκκινη κάρτα στο ντέρμπι της Λεωφόρου, ενώ είναι τραυματίες -πλην του Ίνγκασον- και οι Κάτρης, Γεντβάι.

Έτσι, οι μόνοι διαθέσιμοι στόπερ αυτή τη στιγμή είναι οι Πάλμερ-Μπράουν και Τουμπά.

Αναλυτικά η ενημέρωση του Παναθηναϊκού: 

“Με πρωινή προπόνηση στο Γ. Καλαφάτης συνεχίστηκε την Παρασκευή η προετοιμασία του Παναθηναϊκού για την εκτός έδρας αναμέτρηση των play offs του πρωταθλήματος SuperLeague με αντίπαλο την ΑΕΚ.

Το πρόγραμμα ξεκίνησε με προθέρμανση, ακολούθησε άσκηση κυκλοφορίας μπάλας, τακτική και ολοκληρώθηκε με παιχνίδι στο μισό γήπεδο. Ίνγκι Ίνγκασον και Φακούντο Πελίστρι υποβλήθηκαν σε εξετάσεις όπου διαπιστώθηκε ότι ο Ισλανδός αμυντικός έχει υποστεί διάστρεμμα στην ποδοκνημική και ο Ουρουγουανός εξτρέμ θλάση πρώτου βαθμού στον προσαγωγό. Ατομικό πρόγραμμα έκαναν οι Σάντσες, Κάτρης και θεραπεία οι Γεντβάι, Ντέσερς, Σισοκό”.
