With his goal against Paris Saint-Germain, Harry Kane made Champions League history, breaking Steven Gerrard's record.
Bayern Munich traveled to France yesterday (28/04) to face Paris Saint-Germain, in the first round of the Champions League semi-finals, and may not have succeeded, as they were defeated 5-4, but they gave us a rhapsody of attacking football.
One of the standouts for the visitors was undoubtedly Harry Kane, who scored a goal and "shared" the assist for another. In fact, the goal he scored is considered "historic", as he became the first English footballer to score in six consecutive Champions League games, surpassing the record previously held by Liverpool's iconic captain, Steven Gerrard, who in 2008 found the net in five consecutive matches in the top club competition.
More specifically, the 32-year-old international scored in the matches against Union Saint-Gilloise, PSV Eindhoven, Atalanta at home (he did not participate in the away match), Real Madrid (both at home and away), but also in yesterday's away match against the European champions.

The former Tottenham ace has scored 13 goals in this year's Champions League and is just two behind Kylian Mbappe, who scored 15 goals in 11 matches. In total this season he has "counted" 56 goals and 7 assists in 51 official appearances with the Bavarians' jersey and with the World Cup just around the corner, the only certainty is that his goals will continue to increase.

Ο πρώην άσος της Τότεναμ έχει πετύχει 13 γκολ στη φετινή έκδοση του Champions League και βρίσκεται μόλις δύο πίσω από τον Κίλιαν Μπαπέ, ο οποίος σε 11 αγώνες πέτυχε 15 τέρματα. Συνολικά τη φετινή σεζόν «μετράει» 56 γκολ και 7 ασίστ σε 51 επίσημες εμφανίσεις με τη φανέλα των Βαυαρών και με το Παγκόσμιο Κύπελλο να βρίσκεται προ των πυλών, το μόνο σίγουρο είναι πως τα γκολ του θα συνεχίζουν να αυξάνονται.
