Three Stoiximan MVPs of the Week: Kruzer, Peters and Thomason!

Alec Peters, Joe Thomason and Jackson Kruzer were named the most valuable players of the 17th round of the Stoiximan Greek Basketball League.

In detail, what Stoiximan GBL reports:

Two teammates at Panionios Cosmorama Travel and a “red and white” player who is Most Valuable for the second time this season are the Stoiximan MVPs of the Week!

The “blue and red” achieved an important victory at Maroussi and Joe Thomason, Jackson Kruzer contributed decisively, accumulating 27 points in the ranking. The same performance was achieved by Olympiacos’ Alec Peters in the home win over Peristeri Betsson.

The 30-year-old American power forward of the Greek Champions was named Stoiximan MVP again this season after the 15th round of matches. Against Peristeri Betsson, Peters had 29 points with 7/8 shooting, 5/6 two-pointers, 4/8 three-pointers, 3 rebounds, 6 earned fouls, one foul against, two steals and one error in 30’ and 3’’ of participation.

Thomason, Kruzer are named Stoiximan MVP of the Week for the first time this season. Thomason had 25 points on 5/5 shooting, 10/13 two-pointers, 0/2 three-pointers, 4 rebounds, 4 assists, 4 fouls won, 4 blocks, a steal and 2 turnovers in 27’ and 39’’ of participation.

Kruzer scored 19 points on 2/2 shooting, 4/9 two-pointers, 3/3 three-pointers, got 9 rebounds, handed out 3 assists, made a block, received a block, won a foul, made two fouls, two steals and 2 turnovers.

The last time three MVPs were named in the same weekend was for the premiere of the Championship of the 2021-22 season. At that time, Olivier Hanlan of Aris, Sasha Vezenkov of Olympiacos and Nikos Diplaros, who was then playing for Apollon Patras, were named Most Valuable Players, each collecting 37 points in the ranking!

The Stoiximan MVP of the Week award is given independently of the completion of the Basket League matchday and concerns the previous week's matches.

Οι Άλεκ Πίτερς, Τζο Τόμασον και Τζάκσον Κρούζερ αναδείχθηκαν πολυτιμότεροι παίκτες της 17ης αγωνιστικής της Stoiximan Greek Basketball League.

Δύο συμπαίκτες στον Πανιώνιο Cosmorama Travel και ένας «ερυθρόλευκος» που είναι Πολυτιμότερος για δεύτερη φορά την φετινή σεζόν είναι οι Stoiximan MVP of the Week!

Οι «κυανέρυθροι» πέτυχαν σημαντική νίκη στο Μαρούσι και οι Τζο Τόμασον, Τζάκσον Κρούζερ συνέβαλαν καθοριστικά συγκεντρώνοντας 27 βαθμούς στο ranking. Την ίδια επίδοση πέτυχε ο Άλεκ Πίτερς του Ολυμπιακού στην εντός έδρας νίκη επί του Περιστερίου Betsson.

Ο 30χρονος Αμερικανός πάουερ φόργουορντ των Πρωταθλητών Ελλάδας είχε αναδειχθεί ξανά Stoiximan MVP την φετινή σεζόν μετά τις αναμετρήσεις της 15ης αγωνιστικής. Ο Πίτερς είχε απέναντι στον Περιστέρι Betsson 29 πόντους με 7/8 βολές, 5/6 δίποντα, 4/8 τρίποντα, 3 ριμπάουντ, 6 κερδισμένα φάουλ, ένα φάουλ εναντίον, δύο κλεψίματα και ένα λάθος σε 30’ και 3’’ συμμετοχής.

Οι Τόμασον, Κρούζερ αναδεικνύονται για πρώτη φορά την φετινή αγωνιστική χρονιά Stoiximan MVP of the Week. Ο Τόμασον είχε 25 πόντους με 5/5 βολές, 10/13 δίποντα, 0/2 τρίποντα, 4 ριμπάουντ, 4 ασίστ, 4 κερδισμένα φάουλ, 4 εναντίον, ένα κλέψιμο και 2 λάθη σε 27’ και 39’’ συμμετοχής.

Ο Κρούζερ πέτυχε 19 πόντους με 2/2 βολές, 4/9 δίποντα, 3/3 τρίποντα, πήρε 9 ριμπάουντ, μοίρασε 3 ασίστ, έκανε ένα κόψιμο, δέχθηκε ένα κόψιμο, κέρδισε ένα φάουλ, έκανε δύο φάουλ, δύο κλεψίματα και 2 λάθη.

Την τελευταία φορά που είχαν αναδειχθεί τρεις MVP το ίδιο Σαββατοκύριακο ήταν για την πρεμιέρα του Πρωταθλήματος της σεζόν 2021-22. Τότε Πολυτιμότεροι είχαν αναδειχθεί ο Ολιβιέ Χάνλαν του Άρη, ο Σάσα Βεζένκοφ του Ολυμπιακού και ο Νίκος Δίπλαρος που έπαιζε τότε στον Απόλλωνα Πάτρας συγκεντρώνοντας από 37 βαθμούς στο ranking!

Η ανάδειξη του Stoiximan MVP of the Week γίνεται ανεξάρτητα με την ολοκλήρωση της αγωνιστικής της Basket League και αφορά τις αναμετρήσεις της προηγούμενης εβδομάδας.
