Rooney: "Slott doesn't have the aura to be a coach at Liverpool"
Wayne Rooney "attacked" Arne Slott, claiming that he is not the right person for the Liverpool bench.
Liverpool's season this year is not at all satisfactory, despite the fact that last year they were crowned champions and many are those who have already begun to express their opposition to the team's coach, Arne Slott, pointing to him as the main "culprit" for this mediocre course.
Speaking on Sky Sports' "The Overlap Fan Debate", Manchester United legend Wayne Rooney "attacked" the Dutch coach, noting that perhaps he doesn't have what it takes to be a coach at a big team like Liverpool.
"It's strange, isn't it, when you talk about Slott being on probation to keep his job, despite winning the Premier League last year. I've met him a few times, but I don't think he has the aura required to be a manager at Liverpool and maybe that's because Liverpool have just let Jurgen Klopp go and obviously it's difficult for anyone else to replace him, but I still don't think he has the aura required."
