OFI: Filed a request to suspend one matchday behind closed doors, when will they know if they will have fans against Panathinaikos

OFI is doing everything in its power to have the game against Panathinaikos (22/02, 16:00) played with its fans, as the Cretan club filed a request with the Arbitration Court of First Instance of Athens to annul the decision of the Sports Authority of Greece and to suspend the execution of the decision for one matchday behind closed doors.

OFI is trying to implement the demand of its fans to have the big game against Panathinaikos (22/02, 16:00) played with fans for the 22nd matchday of the Stoiximan Super League.

For this reason, the Cretan FC filed with the Arbitration Court of First Instance of Athens a request to annul the decision of the DEAB and a request to suspend the execution of the decision for a closed-door match, which was imposed on it for what happened at “Lambros Katsonis” in the second leg of the Betsson Greek Cup semi-final against Levadiakos.

The Speakers, therefore, did what they needed from a legal perspective, with the decision coming out within the week, which is when we will know whether the match will ultimately be held with or without the presence of people.

The cancellation of the DEAB decision is from difficult to unlikely, but there are more possibilities regarding the suspension. Which means that if the match against Panathinaikos is played with fans, then the penalty of the closed-door match will be transferred to the next home match which is against AEL Novibet (28/02, 17:00).

Ό,τι περνάει από το χέρι του για να διεξαχθεί με τον κόσμο του το παιχνίδι απέναντι στον Παναθηναϊκό (22/02, 16:00) κάνει ο ΟΦΗ, καθώς η κρητική ΠΑΕ κατέθεσε στο Διαιτητικό Πρωτοδικείο Αθηνών αίτηση ακύρωσης πράξης της ΔΕΑΒ και αίτηση αναστολής εκτέλεσης της απόφασης για μία αγωνιστική κεκλεισμένων.

Ο ΟΦΗ προσπαθεί να κάνει πράξη την απαίτηση του κόσμου του να διεξαχθεί με κόσμο το μεγάλο παιχνίδι απέναντι στον Παναθηναϊκό (22/02, 16:00) για την 22η αγωνιστική της Stoiximan Super League.

Για αυτόν τον λόγο, η κρητική ΠΑΕ κατέθεσε στο Διαιτητικό Πρωτοδικείο Αθηνών αίτηση ακύρωσης πράξης της ΔΕΑΒ και αίτηση αναστολής εκτέλεσης της απόφασης για μία αγωνιστική κεκλεισμένων, που της επιβλήθηκε για όσα συνέβησαν στο “Λάμπρος Κατσώνης” στη ρεβάνς του ημιτελικού του Κυπέλλου Ελλάδας Betsson κόντρα στον Λεβαδειακό.

Οι Ομιλήτες, λοιπόν, έκαναν αυτό που χρειάζονταν από νομικής πλευράς, με την απόφαση να βγαίνει εντός της εβδομάδας, όταν δηλαδή και θα γνωρίζουμε εάν τελικώς το ματς γίνει με ή χωρίς παρουσία κόσμου.

Το να ακυρωθεί η απόφαση της ΔΕΑΒ είναι από δύσκολο έως απίθανο, όμως υπάρχουν περισσότερες πιθανότητες σε ό,τι αφορά την αναστολή. Κάτι που σημαίνει ότι εάν γίνει με φιλάθλους η αναμέτρηση με τον Παναθηναϊκό, τότε η ποινή του κεκλεισμένων θα μεταφερθεί για τον επόμενο εντός έδρας αγώνα που είναι με την ΑΕΛ Novibet (28/02, 17:00).
