Ενίσχυση για την ομάδα της Ρόδου. Ο Κολοσσός ανακοίνωσε την έναρξη της συνεργασίας με τον Ντέιβιντ Νίκολς που παίζει ως γκαρντ. Φέτος, ο Νίκολς ξεκίνησε στο Αζερμπαϊτζάν με τη Σαμπάχ, με την οποία είχε κατά μέσο όρο 3,7 πόντους, 3 ριμπάουντ και 4,3 ασίστ.

Ο Ντέιβιντ Νίκολς είναι γεννημένος στις 26 Μαρτίου του 1996, στο Ιλινόι των ΗΠΑ και με ύψος 1,83μ. αγωνίζεται ως γκαρντ. Στην κολεγιακή του καριέρα από το 2015 μέχρι το 2018 αγωνίστηκε στο Albany Great Danes, ενώ τη σεζόν 2018/19 έπαιξε στο Florida State Seminoles.

Στην πρώτη του σεζόν ως επαγγελματίας αγωνίστηκε στην Κύπρο με την Ομόνοια το 2019/20. Έκτοτε αγωνίστηκε σε Σλοβενία με την Ρογκάσκα, Βέλγιο με την Ουνιόν Μον-Ενό, Γαλλία με τη Μοριέν Σαβί, Φινλανδία με την Κομπράτ, Ουγγαρία με τις Σοπρόν και Φέχερβαρ και Τουρκία στη Γιάλοβασπορ.
