Νέα εποχή για τον μπασκετικό Άρη, με την ΚΑΕ να ανακοινώνει πως επήλθε συμφωνία για τη μεταβίβαση του πλειοψηφικού πακέτου των μετοχών του συλλόγου.

Έτοιμος να μπει στη νέα εποχή είναι ο μπασκετικός Άρης, με την ΚΑΕ να ανακοινώνει λίγο μετά τα μεσάνυχτα πως εγκρίθηκε η μεταβίβαση του πλειοψηφικού πακέτου των μετοχών του συλλόγου σε αμερικανικό fund με το οποίο βρισκόταν τον τελευταίο καιρό σε διαπραγματεύσεις.

Η ΚΑΕ ΑΡΗΣ Midea ανακοινώνει ότι δέχτηκε δεσμευτική πρόταση από τον επενδυτικό οργανισμό με τον οποίο βρίσκεται σε συνεχείς επαφές τον τελευταίο μήνα, για τη μεταβίβαση του πλειοψηφικού πακέτου των μετοχών της εταιρείας.

Το διοικητικό συμβούλιο της ΚΑΕ ΑΡΗΣ Midea ενημερώνει ότι κάνει δεκτή και εγκρίνει την πρόταση και την παραπέμπει για έγκριση στο δ.σ. του Α.Σ. ΑΡΗΣ, ο οποίος είναι ο μέτοχος της ΚΑΕ. Η συνεδρίαση του δ.σ. του Α.Σ. ΑΡΗΣ θα γίνει την Παρασκευή 27/06 με μοναδικό θέμα την πρόταση για την παραχώρηση των μετοχών της ΚΑΕ στον άνωθεν επενδυτικό οργανισμό.

Ακολούθως, στις αρχές της προσεχούς εβδομάδας θα λάβει χώρα έκτακτη γενική συνέλευση των μελών του Α.Σ. ΑΡΗΣ, στο «Nick Galis Hall», προκειμένου να ολοκληρωθεί η διαδικασία, με την οποία άλλωστε ο Α.Σ. είχε πάρει τις μετοχές της ΚΑΕ το 2020.
