Phoenix of Syros: Van de Dries "bomb" ignited

Σπουδαία ενίσχυση για τη Συριανή ομάδα ενόψει νέας σεζόν, καθώς ανακοίνωσε με κάθε επισημότητα την απόκτηση του Μπραμ Βαν ντε Ντρις που επιστρέφει στην Ελλάδα.

Επίσημη μορφή πήρε η «βόμβα» του Φοίνικα Σύρου, που ακούει στο όνομα Μπραμ Βαν ντε Ντρις. Ο Βέλγος διαγώνιος επιστρέφει στην Ελλάδα και τη Volleyleague για λογαριασμό των Συριανών, οι οποίοι τη νέα σεζόν θα ψάξουν το βήμα παραπάνω στο πρωτάθλημα, ενώ θα συμμετάσχουν και στην Ευρώπη.

Ο ύψους 2.07 «μπομπέρ» μέχρι πρότινος αγωνιζόταν στο Κουβέιτ, έχοντας μάλιστα συμπαίκτη έναν πρώην παίκτη του Φοίνικα, τον Τόμισλαβ Ντόκιτς, ενώ το παρελθόν του στην Ελλάδα είναι πλούσιο, αφού πέρασε σε δύο θητείες από τον ΠΑΟΚ (2019-2021 και 2022-2024) και μια από τον Παναθηναϊκό (2021-2022), κατακτώντας ένα πρωτάθλημα και ένα League Cup με το «τριφύλλι» και από ένα Κύπελλο και Σούπερ Καπ με τον «Δικέφαλο του Βορρά».

Επιπλέον, αναδείχθηκε καλύτερος διαγώνιος τη σεζόν 2019-2020 και πρώτος σκόρερ στο ελληνικό πρωτάθλημα την περίοδο 2022-2023.

Με την προσθήκη Βαν ντε Ντρις οι «πειρατές» ανεβάζουν τον πήχη, παίρνοντας έναν αθλητή με ταλέντο τόσο στο επιθετικό παιχνίδι όσο και στο μπλοκ.
