Iraklis acquired American guard Justin Wright-Forman.

Foreman was born on October 27, 1997 in Laurelton, New York. He is 1.83m tall and plays as a point guard.

He started playing basketball at Construction High School in Queens, New York. In his college career, he played at Hofstra University (2015-2019).

In his third season (2017-2018) in college, he averaged 24.4 points, having over 30 points in seven games, resulting in him being named Coastal Athletic Association Player of the Year.

In his senior year (2018-2019) at the university, he averaged 27.1 points, 4 rebounds and 2.9 assists in 35 games, shooting 42.5% from the three-point line and won the title of the best player in the CAA for the second consecutive year. It should be noted that he is the second-leading scorer in Hofstra University history with 2,327 points and second in made three-pointers with 277.

He was selected at number 53 in the 2019 NBA draft by the Utah Jazz, with whom he played for four games in the 2019-2020 season, having 4.8 points, 1.8 assists and 1.3 rebounds.

He then played for the Jazz's G-League affiliate, the Salt Lake City Stars, where he averaged 17.3 points, 2.5 assists and 3.1 rebounds in 36 games.

The following year (2020-2021) he continued in the NBA's developmental league, playing for the Erie BayHawks, where his numbers were 12.8 points, 2.3 rebounds and 2.2 assists in 15 games.

In April 2021, he crossed the Atlantic for the first time to try his luck in Europe, on behalf of the French Chorale Roanne Basket, which he strengthened in the last part of the season, offering 16.9 points, 3.7 assists and 2.1 rebounds in 12 games.

He remained in the Old Continent for the next season (2021-2022), after agreeing to a deal with the Turkish Petkim Spor, with whom he averaged 16.8 points, 3.1 rebounds and 2.6 assists in 14 games.

In January 2022, he returned to the United States and the G-League, playing 14 games for the Birmingham Squadron, averaging 12.3 points, 3.2 rebounds, 1.4 assists and one steal.

In June 2022, he signed a contract with Bamberg, with whom he played a total of 11 games, five in the German league (15.4 points, 2.6 rebounds, 2.2 assists, on average), two in the Basketball Champions League Qualifiers (29 points, 5 rebounds and 5.5 assists, on average), three in the FIBA ​​Europe Cup (18 points, 2.3 rebounds, 2 assists, 1 steal, on average) and one in the German Cup (14 points and 6 rebounds).

In early 2023, he returned to his homeland, as he came to an agreement with the Westchester Knicks in the NBA development league, with his numbers being as follows: 14.6 points, 3.3 assists, 3.1 rebounds, with 45.1% from the 6.75 line in 18 games. He finished the season in Canada with the Saskatchewan Rattlers, scoring 29.2 points, a performance that gave him the title of the first scorer and adding 5.3 rebounds, 4.2 assists and 1.6 steals in 18 games.

Returning to Europe in February 2024, after signing with Carpegna Prosciutto Basket Pesaro, Foreman contributed 15.3 points, 2.1 rebounds and 1.6 assists in 10 games. At the end of the season, he was back in Canada for the Winnipeg Sea Bears, with 25.9 points (he was again named the league's top scorer), 6.1 assists, 3.6 rebounds and 1.1 steals in 15 games.

His last team was last season (2024-2025) Al-Rayyan from Qatar, with which he won the Amir Cup in May 2025, having Stathis Nerantzakis as coach, and Thanasis Molyvdas as his partner.

Justin Wright-Foreman has participated with the US National Team in the 2024 AmeriCup Qualifiers, while he was a member of the team that participated in the 2022 USA World Cup Qualifiers.

Τον Ιούνιο του 2022 υπέγραψε συμβόλαιο με τη Bamberg, με την οποία έπαιξε συνολικά 11 αγώνες, πέντε στο γερμανικό πρωτάθλημα (15,4 πόντοι, 2,6 ριμπάουντ, 2,2 ασίστ, κατά μέσο όρο), δύο στα Προκριματικά του Basketball Champions League (29 πόντοι, 5 ριμπάουντ και 5,5 ασίστ, κατά μέσο όρο), τρεις στο FIBA Europe Cup (18 πόντοι, 2,3 ριμπάουντ, 2 ασίστ, 1 κλέψιμο, κατά μέσο όρο) κι έναν στο Κύπελλο Γερμανίας (14 πόντοι και 6 ριμπάουντ).

Στις αρχές του 2023 γύρισε στην πατρίδα του, καθώς ήρθε σε συμφωνία με τους Westchester Knicks στην αναπτυξιακή λίγκα του ΝΒΑ, με τους αριθμούς του να είναι οι εξής: 14,6 πόντοι, 3,3 ασίστ, 3,1 ριμπάουντ, με 45,1% από τη γραμμή των 6,75 σε 18 αναμετρήσεις. Ολοκλήρωσε τη σεζόν στον Καναδά με τους Saskatchewan Rattlers, πετυχαίνοντας 29,2 πόντους, επίδοση που του έδωσε τον τίτλο του πρώτου σκόρερ και προσθέτοντας 5,3 ριμπάουντ, 4,2 ασίστ και 1,6 κλεψίματα σε 18 παιχνίδια.

Επιστροφή στην Ευρώπη τον Φεβρουάριο του 2024, μετά τη συμφωνία με την Carpegna Prosciutto Basket Pesaro, με τον Foreman να συνεισφέρει 15,3 πόντους, 2,1 ριμπάουντ και 1,6 ασίστ σε 10 ματς. Στο τέλος της σεζόν βρέθηκε και πάλι στον Καναδά για λογαριασμό των Winnipeg Sea Bears, έχοντας 25,9 πόντους (αναδείχθηκε πάλι πρώτος σκόρερ του πρωταθλήματος), 6,1 ασίστ, 3,6 ριμπάουντ και 1,1 κλεψίματα σε 15 αγώνες.

Τελευταία του ομάδα ήταν την περυσινή σεζόν (2024-2025) η Al-Rayyan από το Κατάρ, με την οποία κατέκτησε τον Μάιο του 2025 το Amir Cup, έχοντας προπονητή τον Στάθη Νεραντζάκη, με συνεργάτη τον Θανάση Μολυβδά.

Ο Justin Wright-Foreman έχει πάρει μέρος με την Εθνική ομάδα των ΗΠΑ το 2024 στα Προκριματικά του AmeriCup, ενώ υπήρξε μέλος της ομάδας, η οποία συμμετείχε το 2022 στα Προκριματικά του USA World Cup.
