Fabregas remains in Como as first coach, signing a new contract.
According to the authoritative Italian journalist, Fabrizio Romano, the Spaniard is on the verge of signing a new contract with the Italian club with a view to coaching them in Serie A as well.
Fabregas, who took over the role of Como's first manager in November 2023, managed to do an excellent job finishing second in Serie B and earning direct promotion.
Thus, a possible new contract for Como would also put an end to the scenarios that wanted him to join Enzo Maresca's coaching staff at Chelsea.

Παραμένει στη Κόμο ως πρώτος προπονητής ο Φάμπρεγας υπογράφοντας νέο συμβόλαιο.
Σύμφωνα με τον έγκυρο Ιταλό δημοσιογράφο, Φαμπρίτσιο Ρομάνο, ο Ισπανός είναι στα πρόθυρα του να υπογράψει νέο συμβόλαιο στην ιταλική ομάδα με σκοπό να την προπονήσει και στη Serie A.
Ο Φάμπρεγας, ο οποίος ανέλαβε τον ρόλο του πρώτου προπονητή της Κόμο το Νοέμβριο του 2023, κατάφερε να κάνει μια εξαιρετική δουλειά παίρνοντας τη δεύτερη θέση στη Serie Β και κερδίζοντας την απευθείας άνοδο.
Έτσι, ένα ενδεχόμενο νέο συμβόλαιο στη Κόμο θα έβαζε τέλος και στα σενάρια που τον ήθελαν να γίνεται μέλος στο προπονητικό σταφ του Έντσο Μαρέσκα στη Τσέλσι.
