President Partizan: "The EuroLeague needs us"
Partizan is not guaranteed a place in the EuroLeague 2024/25, but the president of the club, Ostoja Mihailovic, explained that the top European competition needs the Serbs.
The EuroLeague season ended prematurely for Partizan, who were left out of the play offs, and now the question is about their participation in the next competition.
The Serbians are not guaranteed a presence, but the club's president, Ostoja Mihajlovic, spoke on the "Telcast" podcast about Partizan's European perspective.
"The most important thing for Partizan is to play in the next EuroLeague. I believe we will be there. When I took over the club, my goal was to stabilize the finances and have a permanent presence in the EuroLeague. God willing, we will play in the EuroLeague for the third year in a row. We are the second most viewed group in Europe, with more than 400 million views across all platforms. The EuroLeague needs us," he said.

H Παρτιζάν δεν έχει εγγυημένη θέση στη EuroLeague 2024/25 όμως ο πρόεδρος του κλαμπ, Οστόγια Μιχαΐλοβιτς, εξήγησε πως η κορυφαία ευρωπαϊκή διοργάνωση έχει ανάγκη τους Σέρβους.
Η σεζόν στη EuroLeague ολοκληρώθηκε πρόωρα για την Παρτιζάν που έμεινε εκτός play off και πλέον το ζήτημα έχει να κάνει με τη συμμετοχή της στην επόμενη διοργάνωση.
Οι Σέρβοι δεν έχουν εγγυημένη παρουσία όμως ο πρόεδρος του κλαμπ, Οστόγια Μιχαΐλοβιτς, μίλησε στο podcast «Telcast» για την ευρωπαϊκή προοπτική της Παρτιζάν.
«Το πιο σημαντικό για την Παρτιζάν είναι να παίξει στην επόμενη EuroLeague. Πιστεύω ότι θα είμαστε εκεί. Όταν ανέλαβα το κλαμπ, ο στόχος μου ήταν να σταθεροποιήσω τα οικονομικά και να έχουμε μόνιμη παρουσία στη EuroLeague. Θεού θέλοντος, θα παίξουμε στη EuroLeague για τρίτη συνεχόμενη χρονιά. Είμαστε η δεύτερη πιο προβεβλημένη ομάδα στην Ευρώπη, με περισσότερα από 400 εκατομμύρια views σε όλες τις πλατφόρμες. Η EuroLeague μας χρειάζεται» ανέφερε χαρακτηριστικά.
