Δημοσίευμα του Σέζαρ Λουίς Μέρλο αναφέρει πως ο Γερμανός θα γίνει παίκτης της ομάδας του MLS, καθώς το μόνο που απομένει είναι να περάσει τις απαιτούμενες ιατρικές εξετάσεις και να ανακοινωθεί.
Ο 35χρονος συμφώνησε με τους Αμερικανούς για συμβόλαιο έως τον Δεκέμβριο του 2025 με οψιόν για ακόμη ένα χρόνο, με την ομάδα του Λος Άντζελες να τα βρίσκει με τη Σάρλοτ, η οποία ήταν η ομάδα του MLS που είχε τα discovery rights του Ρόις (ήταν η πρώτη ομάδα του MLS που είχε ενδιαφερθεί για εκείνον) και να ολοκληρώνει τη σπουδαία μεταγραφή.
