According to a well-known Israeli journalist, Motley will leave Fener this summer, with Panathinaikos however not among the candidates for the American.
In the past few days, several reports linked the name of Jonathan Motley with the transfer scenarios of Panathinaikos AKTOR ahead of the new competitive season.
However, this does not seem to be the case, since, according to a "tweet" by the well-known Israeli journalist, Arel Ginsber, the American center of Fenerbahce has no offer from the "greens".
In fact, as he characteristically notes, the 29-year-old tall man is expected to soon become a thing of the past from the Turkish club, with many Euroleague teams "looking at" his case, but not the "clover" which, as he points out, was never close to the experienced ace .
Last season, Motley averaged 11.2 points, 4.2 rebounds and 1.1 assists in 36 EuroLeague games with Fener, leading his team to the Final 4 in Berlin.

Σύμφωνα με γνωστό ισραηλινό δημοσιογράφο, ο Μότλεϊ θα αποχωρήσει φέτος το καλοκαίρι από τη Φενέρ, με τον Παναθηναϊκό ωστόσο να μην βρίσκεται ανάμεσα στους υποψήφιους διεκδικητές του Αμερικανού.
Τις προηγούμενες ημέρες, αρκετά δημοσιεύματα συνέδεαν το όνομα του Τζόναθαν Μότλεϊ με τα μεταγραφικά σενάρια του Παναθηναϊκού AKTOR ενόψει της νέας αγωνιστικής σεζόν.
Ωστόσο, κάτι τέτοιο φαίνεται πως δεν ισχύει, καθώς, σύμφωνα με «τιτίβισμα» του γνωστού ισραηλινού δημοσιογράφου, Άρελ Γκίνσμπερ, ο Αμερικανός σέντερ της Φενέρμπαχτσε δεν έχει καμία πρόταση από τους «πράσινους».
Μάλιστα, όπως σημειώνει χαρακτηριστικά, ο 29χρονος ψηλός αναμένεται να αποτελέσει σύντομα παρελθόν από τον τουρκικό σύλλογο, με πολλές ομάδες της Ευρωλίγκας να «γλυκοκοιτάζουν» την περίπτωσή του, όχι όμως και το «τριφύλλι» το οποίο όπως επισημαίνει δεν ήταν ποτέ κοντά στον έμπειρο άσο.
Τη σεζόν που ολοκληρώθηκε, ο Μότλεϊ κατέγραψε 11,2 πόντους, 4,2 ριμπάουντ και 1,1 ασίστ κατά μέσο όρο σε 36 παιχνίδια της Ευρωλίγκας με τη Φενέρ, όντας εκ των κορυφαίων της ομάδας του στην πορεία μέχρι το Final 4 του Βερολίνου.
