The epic Milonas prevailed once again with a 3-0 set of Olympiakos and made the series between them 2-2 for the semi-finals of the Volley League.

Neosmyrniotes once again kept their seat against the "red and white" and with their "weapon" service they remained "alive" for the qualification to the finals.

Thus, the team that will face Panathinaikos will be decided on Monday (25/3, 19:00) in the fifth match at Rentis.

Milonas started the match perfectly, making a 2-0 run with "good morning". Then, with a wrong serve by Molina, Olympiacos managed to equalize (5-5) and from that point the two teams went together on the score (9-8, 11-11, 14-14). A small but important lead was taken by Neosmyrniotes towards the end, going to +3 (21-18). Sakis Psarra's team put a lot of pressure on Olympiakos reception with his serves and thus managed to make it 1-0 with 25-22.

The two teams went hand in hand at the start of the second set (5-5, 9-9). After a while, Milonas managed to take a four-point lead (17-13), but Olympiacos came back quickly and reduced it to one (17-16). Again, shortly before the end, Milonas increased his performance, took the lead in the match and prevailed in this set with 25-23, despite the resistance of Olympiakos in the last points.

Olympiacos, with Hidalgo on the serve pressing Milos' reception, went ahead (2-0). Despite this, the hosts did not lose their concentration and overtook (3-2). The match continued with absolute balance, while the serves, as expected, played a leading role (10-10). With an incredible streak, Milonas reached +5 (18-13), building solid foundations for victory. After that nothing changed (22-17), with the Neosmyrnios winning the set 25-21 for the final 3-0.

Ο επικός Μίλωνας επικράτησε για ακόμα μια φορά με 3-0 σετ του Ολυμπιακού και έκανε το 2-2 στη μεταξύ τους σειρά για τα ημιτελικά της Volley League.

Οι Νεοσμυρνιώτες κράτησαν εκ νέου την έδρα τους κόντρα στους «ερυθρόλευκους» και με «όπλο» το σερβίς τους παρέμειναν «ζωντανοί» για την πρόκριση στους τελικούς. 

Έτσι, η ομάδα που θα αντιμετωπίσει τον Παναθηναϊκό θα κριθεί τη Δευτέρα (25/3, 19:00) σε πέμπτο ματς στου Ρέντη.

Ο Μίλωνας ξεκίνησε ιδανικά στην αναμέτρηση κάνοντας με το «καλημέρα» ένα σερί 2-0. Στη συνέχεια, με λάθος σερβίς του Μολίνα ο Ολυμπιακός κατάφερε να ισοφαρίσει (5-5) και από εκείνο το σημείο οι δύο ομάδες πήγαιναν μαζί στο σκορ (9-8, 11-11, 14-14). Ένα μικρό, αλλά σημαντικό προβάδισμα πήραν προς το τέλος οι Νεοσμυρνιώτες, πηγαίνοντας στο +3 (21-18). Το σύνολο του Σάκη Ψάρρα πίεσε αρκετα με τα σερβίς του την υποδοχή του Ολυμπιακού και έτσι κατάφερε να κάνει το 1-0 με 25-22. 

Χέρι-χέρι πήγαιναν οι δύο ομάδες στο ξεκίνημα του δεύτερου σετ (5-5, 9-9). Μετά από λίγη ώρα ο Μίλωνας κατάφερε να πάρει προβάδισμα τεσσάρων πόντων (17-13), όμως ο Ολυμπιακός επέστρεψε γρήγορα και μείωσε στον έναν (17-16). Ξανά λίγο πριν το τέλος ο Μίλωνας ανέβασε την απόδοσή του πήρε κεφάλι στο ματς και επικράτησε και σε αυτό το σετ με 25-23, παρά την αντίσταση του Ολυμπιακού στους τελευταίους πόντους.    

Ο Ολυμπιακός με τον Ιντάλγκο στο σερβίς να πιέζει την υποδοχή του Μίλωνα πέρασε μπροστά (2-0). Παρόλα αυτά, οι γηπεδούχοι δεν έχασαν τη συγκέντρωσή τους και προσπέρασαν (3-2). Το ματς συνεχίστηκε με απόλυτη ισορροπία, ενώ τα σερβίς όπως αναμενόταν είχαν πρωταγωνιστικό ρόλο (10-10). Με ένα απίστευτο σερί ο Μίλωνας έφτασε στο +5 (18-13), χτίζοντας γερές βάσεις για τη νίκη. Στη συνέχεια δεν άλλαξε κάτι (22-17), με τους Νεοσμυρνιώτες να κερδίζουν με 25-21 το σετ για το τελικό 3-0.
