Stoiximan Super League: Possible change in the play-offs schedule for the sake of our National Team

The EPO requested that the 2nd matchday of the play-offs not be held on March 17, as planned, in order for the National Team to better prepare for the final four of the Nations League.

The time is counting down for the "big" appointment of our national team in the play-offs of the Nations League, where on the 21st of next month they will host Kazakhstan in the semi-final of the Final 4 of their group.

If the "blue and white" get the victory, they will play a few days later (26/3) in the final and with the background of a "ticket" to the EURO in Germany, where they will be invited to return to the major competitions.

In this context, there may be changes in the calendar of the Stoiximan Super League and the 2nd matchday of the play-offs may not be held on March 17, as planned, in order to release earlier from their clubs those of our internationals who compete in the domestic " adults". In this way, they will be integrated directly into the mission of our representative group, with the aim of better preparing our National Team for the two matches that follow, on the 21st and hopefully on the 26th of March.

The relevant request has already been sent by the EPO to the organizing authority, it is likely that it will be accepted and an additional game day will automatically be added to the play-offs.

Η ΕΠΟ ζήτησε να μην διεξαχθεί στις 17 Μαρτίου, όπως έχει προγραμματιστεί, η 2η αγωνιστική των play-offs με σκοπό η Εθνική να προετοιμαστεί καλύτερα για το final four του Nations League.

Αντίστροφα μετρά ο χρόνος για το «μεγάλο» ραντεβού της Εθνικής μας στα play-offs του Nations League, όπου στις 21 του επόμενου μήνα θα υποδεχθεί το Καζακστάν στον ημιτελικό του Final 4 του group της.

Εάν η «γαλανόλευκη» πάρει τη νίκη θα παίξει μερικές ημέρες μετά (26/3) στον τελικό και με φόντο ένα «εισιτήριο» για το EURO της Γερμανίας, όπου θα κληθεί να επιστρέψει στις μεγάλες διοργανώσεις.

Στο πλαίσιο αυτό ενδέχεται να υπάρξουν αλλαγές στο καλεντάρι της Stoiximan Super League και να μην διεξαχθεί η 2η αγωνιστική των play-offs στις 17 Μαρτίου, όπως και έχει προγραμματιστεί, με σκοπό να αποδεσμευτούν νωρίτερα από τα clubs τους όσοι οι διεθνείς μας αγωνίζονται στους εγχώριους «μεγάλους». Ετσι θα ενσωματωθούν άμεσα στην αποστολή του αντιπροσωπευτικού μας συγκροτήματος, με σκοπό να υπάρξει καλύτερη προετοιμασία της Εθνικής μας για τα δύο ματς που ακολουθούν, στις 21 και καλός εχόντων των πραγμάτων στις 26 Μαρτίου.

Το σχετικό αίτημα έχει ήδη αποσταλεί από την ΕΠΟ στη διοργανώτρια αρχή, προβάλει ως πιθανό να γίνει αποδεκτό και αυτόματα στα play-offs θα προστεθεί μία εμβόλιμη αγωνιστική.
