Lopez: "I didn't understand what happened in the penalty"

Angel Lopez in his statements immediately after the match mentioned among other things that in the penalty phase in the second minute he did not understand what happened.

Volos were beaten 3-0 by AEK at the OPAP Arena, however Angel Lopez was pleased with the effort of his players, but he also stood in the penalty phase as he did not understand what happened in that phase.

Angel Lopez told COSMOTE TV in detail: "I think we showed a good performance in the first half. We blocked them completely for 45 minutes, then we had the chances with Deletic and Aslanidis, we could have made it 1-1 before half-time with clear opportunities.

Then I don't understand what happened in the penalty shootout, I was away, that's how football is. Even from the bench of AEK they didn't say anything. They had the quality, but we are on the right track. I am happy with the effort of the players."

Ο Άνχελ Λόπεθ στις δηλώσεις του αμέσως μετά το ματς ανέφερε μεταξύ άλλων ότι στη φάση του πέναλτι στο δεύτερο λεπτό δεν κατάλαβε τι έγινε.

Ο Βόλος ηττήθηκε 3-0 από την ΑΕΚ στην OPAP Arena, ωστόσο ο Άνχελ Λόπεθ έμεινε ευχαριστημένος με την προσπάθεια των παικτών του, αλλά στάθηκε και στη φάση του πέναλτι, καθώς δεν κατάλαβε τι συνέβη σε αυτή τη φάση.

Αναλυτικά όσα δήλωσε ο Άνχελ Λόπεθ στην COSMOTE TV: "Πιστεύω ότι δείξαμε μια καλή εμφάνιση στο πρώτο μέρος. Τους μπλοκάραμε πλήρως για 45 λεπτά, μετά είχαμε τις ευκαιρίες με τον Ντέλετιτς και τον Ασλανίδη, μπορούσαμε να κάνουμε το 1-1 πριν από το ημίχρονο με καθαρές ευκαιρίες.

Μετά δεν καταλαβαίνω τι έγινε στο πέναλτι, ήμουν μακριά, έτσι είναι το ποδόσφαιρο. Ακόμα και από τον πάγκο της ΑΕΚ δεν είπαν τίποτα. Είχαν την ποιότητα, αλλά εμείς είμαστε σε καλό δρόμο. Είμαι χαρούμενος με την προσπάθεια των παικτών".
