The competitive AEK was defeated by the mighty Hannover!

AEK put in a great first-half performance against Hannover but suffered a 31-25 defeat for Matchday 3 of the EHF European League.

He fought until the end, but AEK did not manage to complete the miracle in Germany!

The Greek champions were defeated 31-25 by Hannover in the 3rd match of the EHF European League, in a match where they presented a completely competitive image, had excellent periods, however, in the end they buckled and failed to take anything positive from home one of the leading teams of the event.

Thus, the Union fell to the third place of the second group and remained with two points, the same as Gornik Zabre, which, however, has less matches. On the other hand, the German team remained at the top and reached six points, continuing the absolute winning streak that "runs" in the group.

The support of the approximately 200 friends of the Union, who supported the players of the Union and did not stop singing for a minute, was amazing.

AEK had an impressive image in the first half and with Mandalinic leading the way even reached +4 (7-11), which Hannover did not leave for long and reduced to 11-12. However, the "yellow and black" continued to be in control and went to the locker room for the end of the first part at +2 (12-14).

The Union entered the second half strongly as well, keeping the difference of two goals (15-17), however, the Germans then raised their performance and escaped even with five goals (26-21). AEK from that point on failed to get back into the match and lost 31-25.

The five minutes: 1-3, 3-4, 5-6, 7-8, 9-11, 12-14 (half time), 15-17, 18-19, 24-20, 26-22, 28-23 , 31-25.

Η ΑΕΚ έκανε εξαιρετική εμφάνιση στο πρώτο μέρος με το Αννόβερο, αλλά γνώρισε την ήττα με 31-25 για την 3η αγωνιστική του EHF European League.

Πάλεψε μέχρι το τέλος, όμως, δεν κατάφερε να ολοκληρώσει το θαύμα στη Γερμανία η ΑΕΚ!

Οι πρωταθλητές Ελλάδας ηττήθηκαν με 31-25 από το Αννόβερο στο πλαίσιο της 3ης αγωνιστικής του EHF European League, σε ένα ματς που παρουσίασαν μια απόλυτα ανταγωνιστική εικόνα, είχαν εξαιρετικά διαστήματα, ωστόσο, στο τέλος λύγισαν και δεν κατάφεραν να πάρουν κάτι θετικό από την έδρα μιας εκ των κορυφαίων ομάδων της διοργάνωσης.

Έτσι, η Ένωση έπεσε στην τρίτη θέση του δεύτερου ομίλου και παρέμεινε με δυο βαθμούς, όσους έχει και η Γκόρνικ Ζάμπρε, η οποία, όμως, έχει ματς λιγότερο. Από την άλλη, η γερμανική ομάδα παρέμεινε στην κορυφή και έφτασε στους έξι πόντους, δίνοντας συνέχεια στο απόλυτο των νικών που «τρέχει» στο γκρουπ.

Εκπληκτική η στήριξη των 200 περίπου φίλων της Ένωσης, οι οποίοι στήριξαν τους παίκτες της Ένωσης και δεν σταμάτησαν να τραγουδάνε ούτε λεπτό.

Η ΑΕΚ είχε εντυπωσιακή εικόνα στο πρώτο μέρος και με κορυφαίο τον Μαντάλινιτς έφτασε ακόμα και στο +4 (7-11), που το Αννόβερο δεν άφησε για πολύ και μείωσε σε 11-12. Ωστόσο, οι «κιτρινόμαυροι» συνέχισαν να έχουν τον έλεγχο και πήγαν στα αποδυτήρια για τη λήξη του πρώτου μέρους στο +2 (12-14).

Η Ένωση μπήκε δυνατά και στο δεύτερο ημίχρονο, κρατώντας τη διαφορά των δυο τερμάτων (15-17), όμως, οι Γερμανοί στη συνέχεια ανέβασαν την απόδοσή του και ξέφυγαν ακόμα και με πέντε γκολ (26-21). Η ΑΕΚ από εκείνο το σημείο και μετά δεν κατάφερε να επιστρέψει στο ματς και γνώρισε την ήττα με 31-25.
