F1 - Verstappen wants to finish work from Saturday
The world champion is looking to seal the 2023 title at the Qatar Sprint Race.
Formula 1 is hitting the gas again and in the context of the seventeenth-seventeenth round of this year's world championship, the scene is moved from the Far East and Japan, to the Middle East and... hot Qatar.
The Lusail circuit welcomes teams and drivers, again in a night setting, which, as happened in Suzuka, can reveal a champion. In the previous race Red Bull Racing took the constructors' title for the second consecutive year, now Max Verstappen is preparing to celebrate his third consecutive individual championship!

Ahead of the Qatar round, the 26-year-old said: “It's a good feeling to go to Qatar having secured the Constructors' Championship. This track is fun to drive, although it will be a tough three days for all of us due to the heat there. The temperatures will certainly provide additional interest. We also have three days of racing with a Sprint structure, so we need to make sure we learn as much as possible from Friday's free practice. The Drivers' Championship can also be secured in Saturday's Sprint Race and that is our main aim. I hope it will be a memorable weekend for us."

Ο παγκόσμιος πρωταθλητής θέλει να σφραγίσει τον τίτλο του 2023 στον Αγώνα Σπριντ του Κατάρ.
Η Formula 1 πατάει ξανά γκάζι και στο πλαίσιο του δέκατου-έβδομου γύρου του φετινού παγκοσμίου πρωταθλήματος, το σκηνικό μεταφέρεται από Άπω Ανατολή και την Ιαπωνία, στη Μέση Ανατολή και το… καυτό Κατάρ.
Η πίστα του Λουσέιλ υποδέχεται ομάδες και οδηγούς, ξανά σε νυχτερινό σκηνικό, που όπως συνέβη και στη Σουζούκα, μπορεί να αναδείξει πρωταθλητή. Στον προηγούμενο αγώνα η Red Bull Racing πήρε τον τίτλο των κατασκευαστών για δεύτερη συνεχόμενη χρονιά, τώρα ο Μαξ Φερστάπεν ετοιμάζεται να πανηγυρίσει το τρίτο συνεχόμενο πρωτάθλημα σε ατομικό επίπεδο!

Ενόψει του γύρου του Κατάρ, ο 26χρονος είπε: «Είναι ωραίο συναίσθημα να πηγαίνουμε στο Κατάρ έχοντας εξασφαλίσει το Πρωτάθλημα Κατασκευαστών. Η πίστα αυτή είναι απολαυστική στην οδήγηση, αν και θα είναι δύσκολο τριήμερο για όλους μας λόγω της ζέστης που επικρατεί εκεί. Οι θερμοκρασίες σίγουρα θα δώσουν επιπλέον ενδιαφέρον. Επίσης έχουμε αγωνιστικό τριήμερο με δομή Sprint, άρα πρέπει να διασφαλίσουμε πως θα μάθουμε όσο γίνεται περισσότερα από τις ελεύθερες δοκιμές της Παρασκευής. Το Πρωτάθλημα Οδηγών μπορεί επίσης να εξασφαλιστεί στον Αγώνα Sprint του Σαββάτου κι αυτός είναι ο βασικός μας στόχος. Ελπίζω να είναι ένα αξιομνημόνευτο Σαββατοκύριακο για εμάς».
