Argentina: Di Maria continues as normal in his national team after the triumph of Qatar
According to Tyc Sports, Angel Di Maria has decided to continue playing for the Argentina national team.
Angel Di Maria may not have played much at the World Cup in Qatar due to an injury problem, but he was one of the stars in Argentina's grand final. The 34-year-old winger won Lionel Messi's penalty to make it 1-0 and scored Albiceleste's second goal, while his own goal last summer saw his national team win in Brazil and lift the Copa America.
The experienced Juventus winger is one of Lionel Scaloni's... old-timers and his future after the Qatar tournament was in doubt, but he looks set to follow Messi's example. According to Tyc Sports, Di Maria will normally continue to compete with the national team, with a view to the Copa America of 2024. With the Argentina shirt, he has 28 goals in 129 appearances.

Σύμφωνα με το Tyc Sports ο Άνχελ Ντι Μαρία αποφάσισε να συνεχίσει να αγωνίζεται με την φανέλα της εθνικής ομάδας της Αργεντινής.
Ο Άνχελ Ντι Μαρία μπορεί να μην αγωνίστηκε αρκετά στο Μουντιάλ του Κατάρ λόγω προβλήματος τραυματισμού, όμως ήταν εκ των πρωταγωνιστών στον μεγάλο τελικό της Αργεντινής. Ο 34χρονος εξτρέμ κέρδισε το πέναλτι για το 1-0 του Λιονέλ Μέσι και σκόραρε το δεύτερο γκολ της Αλμπισελέστε, ενώ με δικό του τέρμα το προηγούμενο καλοκαίρι η εθνική του νίκησε μέσα στη Βραζιλία και σήκωσε το Copa America.
Ο έμπειρος ακραίος επιθετικός της Γιουβέντους είναι από τους... παλιούς της ομάδας του Λιονέλ Σκαλόνι και το μέλλον του μετά το τουρνουά του Κατάρ ήταν αμφίβολο, όμως όπως φαίνεται θα ακολουθήσει το παράδειγμα του Μέσι. Σύμφωνα με το Tyc Sports ο Ντι Μαρία θα συνεχίσει κανονικά να αγωνίζεται με το εθνόσημο, με ορίζοντα το Copa America του 2024. Με την φανέλα της Αργεντινής μετράει 28 γκολ σε 129 συμμετοχές.
