Chevez Goodwin was named Most Valuable Player of the Week for the second time this season.

As stated by ESAKE:

The 24-year-old American center of Aris was the first MVP of the Week of the 31st Professional Championship, collecting 24 points in the ranking in the home victory of the "yellow and black" over Panathinaikos for the premiere.

Goodwin in yesterday's (11/12) victory of Aris in overtime in Nice in the match against Ionikos for the 9th game of the regular season of the Basket League collected 29 points in the ranking, more than any other player of the winning team in the matches played on Saturday (10/12) and on Sunday (11/12).

The 24-year-old American center of the "yellow and black" had 18 points with 9/13 two-pointers, 10 rebounds, 3 assists, 1 blocked shot, 1 earned foul, three against, 5 steals and 3 errors in 33' and 59'' of participation.

The selection of the MVP of the Week takes place independently at the end of the Basket League season and concerns the matches of the previous week.

Ο Τσέβεζ Γκούντγουιν αναδείχτηκε πολυτιμότερος παίκτης της εβδομάδας για δεύτερη φορά τη φετινή σεζόν.

Ο 24χρονος Αμερικανός σέντερ του Άρη ήταν ο πρώτος MVP of the Week του 31ου Επαγγελματικού Πρωταθλήματος συγκεντρώνοντας 24 βαθμούς στο ranking στην εντός έδρας νίκη των «κιτρινόμαυρων» επί του Παναθηναϊκού για την πρεμιέρα.

Ο Γκούντγουιν στην χθεσινή (11/12) επικράτηση του Άρη στην παράταση στην Νίκαια στο ματς κόντρα στον Ιωνικό για την 9η αγωνιστική της κανονικής περιόδου της Basket League συγκέντρωσε 29 βαθμούς στο ranking, περισσότερους από κάθε άλλο παίκτη νικήτρια ομάδας στα ματς που έγιναν το Σάββατο (10/12) και την Κυριακή (11/12).

Ο 24χρονος Αμερικανός σέντερ των «κιτρινόμαυρων» είχε 18 πόντους με 9/13 δίποντα, 10 ριμπάουντ, 3 ασίστ, 1 εις βάρος του κόψιμο, 1 κερδισμένο φάουλ, τρία εναντίον, 5 κλεψίματα και 3 λάθη σε 33’ και 59’’ συμμετοχής.

Η ανάδειξη του MVP of the Week γίνεται ανεξάρτητα με την ολοκλήρωση της αγωνιστικής της Basket League και αφορά τις αναμετρήσεις της προηγούμενης εβδομάδας.
