H 11η αγωνιστική της Super Ligi βρήκε τη Γαλατασαράι του Ανδρέα Πιστιόλη αντιμέτωπη με την Μπουγιουκτσεκμετσέ εκτός έδρας! Παρότι προηγήθηκε και φάνηκε να ελέγχει τον ρυθμό, η αντίδραση των γηπεδούχων στα ενδιάμεσα δεκάλεπτα την ανάγκασε... να αγχωθεί, όμως το τελικό 63-67 την δικαίωσε.

Η Γαλατά πάτησε στο παρκέ με στόχο να επιβάλλει τον ρυθμό της και έφτασε ακόμη και στο +13 από την πρώτη περίοδο κρατώντας την αντίπαλό της αρκετά χαμηλά στο σκορ. Παρόλα αυτά, κυρίως με το 21-14 στο δεκάλεπτο μετά το ημίχρονο, η Μπουγιουκτσεκμέτσε πέρασε μπροστά και στην καθοριστική περίοδο έκανε το +8 (61-53). Οι παίκτες του Πιστιόλη με επιμέρους 14-2 οργάνωσαν την... ανατροπή στην ανατροπή παίρνοντας και το θετικό αποτέλεσμα.

Πρώτος σκόρερ για την Γαλατά ήταν ο Καλοϊάρο με 16 πόντους, στους 11 ήταν ο Καμπάτσα και από 10 είχαν οι ΜακΓκι και Ένις. Από την άλλη, στους 17 σταμάτησε ο Κρόφορντ και 14 σημείωσε ο Βέμπερ.
