Λίγες ημέρες μετά την κατάκτηση του Κυπέλλου Γερμανίας, η Άλμπα Βερολίνου αποδείχθηκε εφτάψυχη και πήρε την εκτός έδρας νίκη επί της Βιλερμπάν (82-80).
