Οι «Reds» αγωνίστηκαν την Κυριακή χωρίς τους Φιρμίνιο, Μάτιπ και Άλισον, ενώ στον πάγκο δεν βρισκόταν ούτε ο Γιούργκεν Κλοπ, ο οποίος το προηγούμενο διάστημα ανιχνεύτηκε θετικός στον Covid -19.

Ωστόσο όπως φαίνεται ο αριθμός των κρουσμάτων, έχει ανέβει πια σε υψηλά νούμερα, κάτι που οδήγηθε στην αναβολή της σημερινής προπόνησης της ομάδα του Mέρσισαϊντ.

Τα προβλήματα δεν σταματάνε όμως εδώ για τον Κλοπ, μιας και για τις επόμενες εβδομάδες δεν θα μπορεί να υπολογίζει στις υπηρεσίες των Σαλάχ, Μανέ και Κεϊτά που βρίσκονται στο Καμερούν για το Κόπα Άφρικα, ενώ η διεξαγωγή της αναμέτρησης απέναντι στην Άρσεναλ(06/1) για το League Cup Αγγλίας κρίνεται εξαιρετικά αμφίβολή.
