With Darwin Hilliard doing things and miracles (31 points, 7/10 3-pointers), CSKA Moscow overcame (89-86) the resistance of Baskonia, going up to 5-3. The suicidal tendencies of the Muscovites in the last minutes are "suicidal", with the guests equalizing 48΄΄ before the final.
Darwin Hilliard was awesome in CSKA Moscow's match against Baskonia, leading Itoudis' team to victory (89-86). The 27-year-old… bombed the visitors' basket and the Muscovites went up to 5-3 (4th place) in the Euroleague standings. On the other hand, the Basques fell to 2-4.
Dimitris Itoudis did not count on the services of Mike James, after the disciplinary misconduct of the 30-year-old.
Thus, the role of… maestro was taken over by Darwin Hilliard and in fact with great success. 31 points with 5/6 two points and 7/10 three points, with the American player dissolving his former team.
At the beginning of the match, the hosts showed his wild mood, as they led 11-2. The first ten minutes ended with Itoudis' team being ahead with 7 points (23-16).
Hackett was a worthy supporter (16 points, 4/7 two points, 2/3 three points) of Hilliard and CSKA built a double-digit difference in 17 ΄ (39-26). The 27-year-old scored one three-pointer one after the other and the Moscow team went to the locker room for the halftime with the score at 47-35.
The Muscovites continued at the same pace, with things changing in the last minutes of the match. Henry scored a decisive three-pointer (82-80) and then put the shots, to equalize Basconia (82-82) 48 'before the final.
Somewhere there, Claiborne (two points) -Hilliard (three points) took action again, with Milutinov's shots sealing the victory for the hosts.

Με τον Νταρούν Χίλιαρντ να κάνει πράγματα και θαύματα (31 πόντοι, 7/10 τρίποντα), η ΤΣΣΚΑ Μόσχας έκαμψε (89-86) την αντίσταση της Μπασκόνια, ανεβαίνοντας στο 5-3. «Αυτοκτονικές» οι τάσεις των Μοσχοβιτών στα τελευταία λεπτά, με τους φιλοξενούμενους να ισοφαρίζουν 48΄΄ πριν το φινάλε.
Ο Νταρούν Χίλιαρντ ήταν φοβερός στην αναμέτρηση της ΤΣΣΚΑ Μόσχας με τη Μπασκόνια, οδηγώντας την ομάδα του Ιτούδη στη νίκη (89-86). Ο 27χρονος παίκτης… βομβάρδισε το καλάθι των φιλοξενούμενων και οι Μοσχοβίτες ανέβηκαν στο 5-3 (4η θέση) της βαθμολογικής κατάταξης της Euroleague. Από την άλλη, οι Βάσκοι υποχώρησαν στο 2-4.
Ο Δημήτρης Ιτούδης δεν υπολόγιζε στις υπηρεσίες του Μάικ Τζέιμς, μετά και το πειθαρχικό παράπτωμα του 30χρονου.
Ετσι, το ρόλο του… μαέστρου ανέλαβε ο Νταρούν Χίλιαρντ και μάλιστα με μεγάλη επιτυχία. 31 πόντοι με 5/6 δίποντα και 7/10 τρίποντα, με τον Αμερικανό παίκτη να… διαλύει την πρώην ομάδα του.
Στο ξεκίνημα του αγώνα, οι γηπεδούχοι έδειξαν τις άγριες διαθέσεις του, καθώς προηγήθηκαν με 11-2. Το πρώτο δεκάλεπτο έκλεισε με την ομάδα του Ιτούδη να είναι μπροστά με 7 πόντους (23-16).
Ο Χάκετ ήταν άξιος συμπαραστάτης (16 πόντοι, 4/7 δίποντα, 2/3 τρίποντα) του Χίλιαρντ και η ΤΣΣΚΑ έχτισε διψήφια διαφορά στο 17΄ (39-26). Ο 27χρονος σημείωνε το ένα τρίποντο πίσω από το άλλο και η ομάδα της Μόσχας πήγε στα αποδυτήρια για το ημίχρονο με το σκορ στο 47-35.
Οι Μοσχοβίτες συνέχισαν στον ίδιο ρυθμό, με τα πράγματα να αλλάζουν στα τελευταία λεπτά του ματς. Ο Χένρι σημείωσε καθοριστικό τρίποντο (82-80) και εν συνεχεία έβαλε και τις βολές, για να ισοφαρίσει η Μπασκόνια (82-82) 48΄΄ πριν το φινάλε.
Κάπου εκεί, ανέλαβαν δράση ξανά οι Κλάιμπερν (δίποντο) -Χίλιαρντ (τρίποντο), με τις βολές του Μιλουτίνοβ να σφραγίζουν τη νίκη για τους γηπεδούχους.
