Formula 1: The first pole position of Stroll's career!
The pole position of Formula 1 on the track in Istanbul was a surprise!
That's because Lance Stroll managed to take the first pole position of his career, finishing in first place in Saturday's race.
Despite the fact that it was raining in Istanbul, which made it very difficult for the pilots, the Canadian did extremely well.
The 22-year-old driver was in first place in pole position, leaving Mercedes in third place and specifically Lewis Hamilton.
Second was Red Bull Dutch driver Max Ferstappen.
It should be noted that Stroll became the first Canadian to conquer the pole position after 1997 and the world champion, Jacques Villeneuve.

Είχε έκπληξη η pole position της φόρμουλα 1 στην πίστα της Κωνσταντινούπολης!
Αυτό γιατί ο Λανς Στρολ κατάφερε να πάρει την πρώτη pole position της καριέρας του, τερματίζοντας στην πρώτη θέση του αγώνα του Σαββάτου.
Παρά το γεγονός ότι έβρεχε στην Κωνσταντινούπολη, κάτι το οποίο δυσκόλεψε αρκετά τους πιλότους, ο Καναδός τα πήγε εξαιρετικά.
Ο 22χρονος πιλότος βρέθηκε στην πρώτη θέση της pole position, αφήνοντας στην τρίτη θέση τη Mercedes και συγκεκριμένα τον Λιούις Χάμιλτον.
Δεύτερος ήταν ο Ολλανδός πιλότος της Red Bull, Μαξ Φερστάπεν.
Να σημειωθεί ότι ο Στρολ έγινε ο πρώτος Καναδός που κατακτά την pole position μετά το 1997 και τον παγκόσμιο πρωταθλητή, Ζακ Βιλνέβ.
