The new head coach of the Pelicans is Stan Van Gundy, as announced by the New Orleans team.

It was known that the Pelicans would be Stan Van Gundy's new training ground and now the New Orleans team has made it official.

The Pelicans announced the acquisition of the experienced coach, with Van Gundy signing a 4-year contract

He has previously worked as a head coach at Heath, Magic and Pistons. He is now close to facing his brother, Jeff, who is very close to the Rockets.

Ήταν γνωστό πως οι Πέλικανς θα είναι ο νέος προπονητικός σταθμός του Σταν Βαν Γκάντι και πλέον η ομάδα της Νέας Ορλεάνης το έκανε επίσημο.

Οι Πελεκάνοι ανακοίνωσαν την απόκτηση του πολύπειρου κόουτς, με τον Βαν Γκάντι να υπογράφει 4ετές συμβόλαιο

Στο παρελθόν έχει εργαστεί ως head coach σε Xιτ, Μάτζικ και Πίστονς. Πλέον είναι κοντά στο να αντιμετωπίσει και τον αδερφό του, Τζεφ που είναι πολύ κοντά στους Ρόκετς.
