Στην αναζήτηση των προηγούμενων εβδομάδων, για τη θέση του βασικού σέντερ ενόψει της νέας σεζόν, οι άνθρωποι της Λάρισας Bread Factory είχαν καταλήξει στην περίπτωση του Σακίλ Γκούντγουιν. Ο Αμερικανός σέντερ γνώριζε καλά το ελληνικό πρωτάθλημα, από την παρουσία του στο Ρέθυμνο, ενώ τον παίκτη τον ήξερε καλά και ο Λίνος Γαβριήλ, έπειτα από το πέρασμά του από την Κύπρο.

Παρ' όλα αυτά τα πράγματα δεν εξελίσσονται όπως τα είχαν σχεδιάσει οι δύο πλευρές, καθώς ήδη έχουν μαζευτεί αρκετά... σύννεφα στον Κάμπο.
