Leto: “Benitez will bring many great things to the championship, I wish him and Panathinaikos the best”

Sebastian Leto, in his statements after Kifisia’s victory over Athens Kallithea, referred, among other things, to Rafa Benitez and the last game of the Northern Suburbs team in the League Phase of the Betsson Greek Cup against Panathinaikos.

Kifisia prevailed with a 2-1 upset over Athens Kallithea in Panthessaliko, celebrated its first victory in the League Phase of the Betsson Greek Cup and climbed - albeit temporarily - to 5th place in the unified standings with five points.

After the finale of the game, Sebastian Leto spoke in a flash interview about the Northern Suburbs team's last match in the League Phase of the competition against Panathinaikos, as well as about the new coach of the "greens", Rafa Benitez.

“It is very important that we got the three points with players who have not had many minutes of participation. They gave 100% and they deserve congratulations, as it is not easy to compete without time on your feet.

The game against Panathinaikos is very important, which is a very big opponent. Rafa Benitez will bring many great things to the Greek championship. From our side, it will be important to test what we can do in such a big game. I wish Rafa and the club the best.

I hope I have Benitez’s career and I can also win the Champions League. It is very important for me and the club that we will face a big team and such a great coach.”

Ο Σεμπάστιαν Λέτο στις δηλώσεις του μετά τη νίκη της Κηφισιάς επί της Athens Kallithea αναφέρθηκε μεταξύ άλλων στον Ράφα Μπενίτεθ και στο τελευταίο παιχνίδι της ομάδας των Βορείων Προαστίων στη League Phase του Κυπέλλου Ελλάδας Betsson με αντίπαλο τον Παναθηναϊκό.

Η Κηφισιά επικράτησε με ανατροπή με 2-1 της Athens Kallithea στο Πανθεσσαλικό, πανηγύρισε την πρώτη της νίκη στη League Phase του Κυπέλλου Ελλάδας Betsson και ανέβηκε -έστω και προσωρινά- στην 5η θέση της ενιαίας βαθμολογίας με πέντε πόντους.

Μετά το φινάλε του παιχνιδιού ο Σεμπάστιαν Λέτο μίλησε στο flash interview για το τελευταίο ματς της ομάδας των Βορείων Προαστίων στη League Phase της διοργάνωσης με αντίπαλο τον Παναθηναϊκό, αλλά και για τον νέο προπονητή των “πράσινων”, Ράφα Μπενίτεθ.

“Είναι πολύ σημαντικό που πήραμε το τρίποντο με παίκτες που δεν έχουν πολλά λεπτά συμμετοχής. Έδωσαν το 100% και τους αξίζουν συγχαρητήρια, καθώς δεν είναι εύκολο να αγωνίζεσαι χωρίς χρόνο στα πόδια σου.

Είναι πολύ σημαντικό το παιχνίδι με τον Παναθηναϊκό, ο οποίος είναι πολύ μεγάλος αντίπαλος. Ο Ράφα Μπενίτεθ θα φέρει πολλά σπουδαία πράγματα στο ελληνικό πρωτάθλημα. Από την πλευρά μας θα είναι σημαντικό να τεστάρουμε τι μπορούμε να κάνουμε σε ένα τόσο μεγάλο παιχνίδι. Εύχομαι τα καλύτερα στον Ράφα και στον σύλλογο.
