Kolossos Rhodes celebrated its first victory in this year's Stoiximan GBL, defeating Aris Betsson 65-73 in Thessaloniki, as part of the 2nd matchday.

Kolossos Rhodes took a big double in Alexandrio, defeating Aris Betsson with a score of 65-73 in the 2nd matchday of the Stoiximan GBL, despite the long absence of Andrew Goundlock.

Galvanini was the first Galvanini was the top scorer for the winners with 16 points, 6 rebounds. Rain followed with 11 points. Jones had 25 points for the losers.

The game was extremely close, with the two teams tied 58-58 at the end of the third period, and everything was decided in the last quarter.

The Rhodes team showed determination in the finale, took advantage of the home team's mistakes and, with composure in critical phases, achieved a great away victory.

Ο Κολοσσός Ρόδου πανηγύρισε την πρώτη του νίκη στη φετινή Stoiximan GBL, επικρατώντας του Άρη Betsson 65-73 στη Θεσσαλονίκη, στο πλαίσιο της 2ης αγωνιστικής.

Ο Κολοσσός Ρόδου πήρε μεγάλο διπλό στο Αλεξάνδρειο, κερδίζοντας τον Άρη Betsson με σκορ 65-73 στη 2η αγωνιστική της Stoiximan GBL, παρά τη μεγάλη απουσία του Άντριου Γκάουντλοκ.

Ο Γκαλβανίνι ήταν  ο πρώτο Ο Γκαλβανίνι ήταν  ο πρώτος σκόρερ των νικητών με 16 πόντους, 6 ριμπάουντ. Ακολούθησε ο Ράιν με 11 πόντους. Από τους ηττημένους 25 πόντους είχε ο Τζόουνς.

Το παιχνίδι ήταν εξαιρετικά αμφίρροπο, με τις δύο ομάδες να είναι ισόπαλες 58-58 στο τέλος της τρίτης περιόδου, και όλα να κρίνονται στο τελευταίο δεκάλεπτο.

Η ομάδα της Ρόδου έδειξε αποφασιστικότητα στο φινάλε, εκμεταλλεύτηκε τα λάθη των γηπεδούχων και με ψυχραιμία στις κρίσιμες φάσεις, έφτασε σε μια σπουδαία εκτός έδρας νίκη.

Με αυτή την επικράτηση, ο Κολοσσός σημείωσε την πρώτη του νίκη για τη σεζόν 2025/2026 της Stoiximan GBL, ενώ ο Άρης έπεσε στο 0-2.
