Οι διαιτητές μέτρησαν το καλάθι, όμως χρέωσαν με αντιαθλητικό φάουλ τον Μούσα, βλέποντας στο instant replay ότι χτύπησε τον Πέρι στο πρόσωπο με το αριστερό του χέρι. Ο Ντίαθ πέρασε στη θέση του Πέρι που μάτωσε και ευστόχησε σε δύο βολές (86-84, 0.7″ για το τέλος), με τη Μάλαγα να πανηγυρίζει τη νίκη.
