Everton v Liverpool: Date set for final Merseyside derby at Goodison Park
The Premier League has announced a new date for Everton v Liverpool which was not played last December due to extreme weather conditions, with the final derby between the two teams at Goodison Park set for February 12.
Everton are counting down to saying goodbye to Goodison Park, home to them since 1892, at the end of the season and moving to their new state-of-the-art home, and one of the questions that has been burning fans for some time has been when. the last derby with Liverpool at their historic home.

Η Premier League ανακοίνωσε νέα ημερομηνία για το Έβερτον - Λίβερπουλ που δεν είχε διεξαχθεί τον περασμένο Δεκέμβριο λόγω ακραίων καιρικών συνθηκών, με το τελευταίο ντέρμπι των δύο ομάδων στο "Γκούντισον Παρκ" να ορίζεται για τις 12 Φεβρουαρίου.
Η Έβερτον μετράει αντίστροφα για να αποχαιρετήσει στο φινάλε της σεζόν το "Γκούντισον Παρκ" που την φιλοξενούσε από το 1892 και να μετακομίσει στο νέο υπερσύγχρονο σπίτι της και ένα από τα ερωτήματα που "έκαιγαν" τους οπαδούς της εδώ και καιρό ήταν το πότε θα γινόταν το τελευταίο ντέρμπι με την Λίβερπουλ στην ιστορική της έδρα.
Και αυτό γιατί ο αγώνας του πρώτου γύρου μεταξύ των δύο ομάδων που ήταν προγραμματισμένος για τις 7 Δεκεμβρίου, είχε αναβληθεί λόγω ακραίων καιρικών συνθηκών εκείνη την ημέρα, με την Premier League να συνεδριάζει και να αποφασίζει πως το ματς θα διεξαχθεί στις 12 Φεβρουαρίου 2025, ημέρα Τετάρτη και ώρα 19:30 τοπική (21:30 ώρα Ελλάδας).

Σημειώνεται πως η νέα ημερομηνία του αγώνα εξαρτάται από τη μη συμμετοχή της Λίβερπουλ στον γύρο των play-offs της νοκ-άουτ φάσης του Champions League, με τους Ρεντς να είναι πρώτοι στην βαθμολογία μετά από 6 αγωνιστικές και να θεωρείται σχεδόν απίθανο να μην τερματίσουν μέσα στην πρώτη οκτάδα μετά τη συμπλήρωση της φάσης των ομίλων.
