Μάλιστα, στη συνέντευξη τύπου μετά το τέλος του αγώνα με τους «ερυθρόλευκους», ο ομοσπονδιακός τεχνικός αποκάλυψε ότι ο σταρ του NBA και ηγέτης των Μιλγουόκι Μπακς, Γιάννης Αντετοκούνμπο, θα βρίσκεται στις τάξεις της Εθνικής ομάδας στην προσπάθεια της πρόκρισης στους Ολυμπιακούς Αγώνες του Παρισίου.
