Trabzonspor - AEK 1-3

Ready for the stars of the Champions League, AEK, which in the dress rehearsal was not deterred by the "coldness" of Domagoi Vida's injury and defeated Trabzonspor 3-1 with an excellent performance in Trabzon.

The "coolness" with Vida before the... stars did not deter AEK in the dress rehearsal with Trabzonspor. Matias Almeyda's team brought out all these elements that we saw last year, and also in this year's friendlies, having an "excellent" general rehearsal with Trabzonspor.

With Livai scoring again, who also had a missed penalty, but also with goals in transition by Eliasson and Van Weert, the "bordomavillers" Bakaseta and Kourbelis prevailed 3-1.

So, Matias Almeida wanted to advance to the Champions League line-up in the Trebizond match, however the injury to Vida and his replacement in the 9th minute by Mitoglou changed his plans.

The experienced technician used Stankovic under the posts. He put Rota, Vida, Mukudi and Hadjisafi in the back four. Jonson and Szymanski were on the axis, while Eliasson and Pineda were on the "wings" with Zuber moving behind Levi Garcia.

The ball was "lost" and 2-0 AEK

It was Trabzonspor who threatened first in the match with Stankovic saying 'no' to Gomez's header in the 8th minute with AEK replying in the 11th minute with Levi Garcia getting the first finish.

In the 15th minute, AEK scored with Garcia after a cross from Pineda, but the goal was correctly disallowed for offside with AEK gaining meters as time passed. The 0-0 remained with Trabzonspor threatening in the 24th minute with Bakaseta's shot, while the scene was repeated in the 25th minute with the Greek international.

To then come a three-minute pressure from AEK that was rewarded. In the 30th minute, the Union threatened with a shot by Tzuber, with Ugurdzhan clearing for a corner, and as the phase progressed, the "yellow and black" took the lead.

So, in the 31st minute, Pineda executed the corner, Mitoglou, in his attempt to shoot, layed on Livai and he in the area with an excellent left-footed shot sent the ball into the corner for 0-1 of the Union!

AEK got the upper hand and in the 33rd minute threatened to make it 2-0 with Tzumber with Union now controlling the match and looking for the 2-0. A goal that came in the 41st minute with Eliasson.

AEK moved excellently in transition, Pineda in the first half failed to shoot, and Eliasson who became the recipient of the ball with a set piece and with the help of the crossbar sent the ball into the net for 0-2!

Changes, Trabzonspor 2-1 and "cleaned up" by Van Weert

At the start of the second half, Almeida made five changes. He put Galanopoulos instead of Simanski, Amrabad instead of Eliasson, Gacinovic instead of Pineda, Sidibe instead of Rota and Athanasiadis instead of Stankovic with the Union trying to find "chemistry" and balance.

And the facts of the match changed in the 54th minute with Trabzonspor reducing the score with Maxi Gomez who "broke" the artificial offside of the AEK players in Bakaseta's well executed foul and made it 2-1.

Trabzonspor regained their composure, recovered, but AEK managed to equalize quickly enough in the 69th minute to miss a unique chance for the 3rd goal. Gacinovic won a penalty on a kick from Bakaseta, Levia Garcia took over, but was beaten by Ugurcan.

The 3rd goal, however, was "baking" and came with yet another amazing counter-attack by AEK, which with six passes after an amazing steal by Mandalus reached 3-1 with Van Weert.

In the 82nd minute, Trabzonspor won a penalty at the hands of Mandalos, with Bakaseta not being able to beat Athanasiadis with a strong execution. So the 3-1 remained with AEK in the 86th minute reaching the 4th goal with Nordin Amrabat.

In the end, the 3-1 did not change with AEK looking ready for the Champions League and the matches possibly against Dinamo Zagreb given the 4-0 first match against Astana.

What did AEK finally show in Trabzon? That he can play properly waiting for the opponent without pressing high, which he did last year especially in the derby against Panathinaikos. That it is... fire in the opposition and that yes Vida is the main player, but Almeida can rely on Simos Mitoglou if needed.

Έτοιμη για τα... αστέρια του Champions League η ΑΕΚ που στην πρόβα τζενεράλε δεν πτοήθηκε από την «ψυχρολουσία» του τραυματισμού του Ντομαγκόι Βίντα και νίκησε με εξαιρετική εμφάνιση στην Τραπεζούντα με 3-1 την Τράμπζονσπορ.

Η «ψυχρολουσία» με Βίντα πριν τα... αστέρια δεν πτόησε την ΑΕΚ στην πρόβα τζενεράλε με την Τράμπζονσπορ. Η ομάδα του Ματίας Αλμέιδα έβγαλε όλα αυτά τα στοιχεία που είδαμε πέρυσι, αλλά και στα φετινά φιλικά περνώντας με «άριστα» την γενική πρόβα με την Τράμπζονσπορ. 

Με σκόρερ ξανά τον Λιβάι που είχε και χαμένο πέναλτι, αλλά και με γκολάρες στο τρανζίσιον των Ελίασον και Φαν Βέερτ επικράτησε με 3-1 των «μπορντομαβιλέρ» Μπακασέτα και Κουρμπέλη. 

Ενδεκάδα Champions League, λοιπόν, θέλησε να προβάρει στο ματς της Τραπεζούντας ο Ματίας Αλμέιδα, ωστόσο ο τραυματισμός του Βίντα και η αντικατάστασή του στο 9' από τον Μήτογλου του άλλαξε τα πλάνα.

Ο έμπειρος τεχνικός χρησιμοποίησε τον Στάνκοβιτς κάτω από τα δοκάρια. Έβαλε τους Ρότα, Βίντα, Μουκουντί και Χατζισαφί στην τετράδα της άμυνας. Στον άξονα βρέθηκαν οι Γιόνσον και Σιμάνσκι, ενώ στα «φτερά» βρέθηκαν οι Ελίασον και Πινέδα με τον Τσούμπερ να κινείται πίσω από τον Λιβάι Γκαρσία. 

«Χάθηκε» η μπάλα και 2-0 η ΑΕΚ

Η Τράμπζονσπορ ήταν αυτή που απείλησε πρώτη στο ματς με τον Στάνκοβιτς να λέει «όχι» στην κεφαλιά του Γκόμεζ στο 8' με την ΑΕΚ να απαντά στο 11' με τον Λιβάι Γκαρσία να έχει την πρώτη τελική.

Στο 15' η ΑΕΚ σκόραρε με τον Γκαρσία μετά από κάθετη του Πινέδα, όμως το γκολ ακυρώθηκε ορθώς για οφσάιντ με την ΑΕΚ όσο περνούσε η ώρα να κερδίζει μέτρα. Το 0-0 παρέμενε με την Τράμπζονσπορ να απειλεί στο 24' με σουτ του Μπακασέτα, ενώ το σκηνικό επαναλήφθηκε στο 25' με τον Έλληνα διεθνή. 

Για να έρθει στη συνέχεια ένα τρίλεπτο πίεσης από την ΑΕΚ που ανταμείφθηκε. Στο 30' η Ένωση απείλησε με σουτ του Τσούμπερ με τον Ουγκουρτζάν να διώχνει σε κόρνερ και στην εξέλιξη της φάσης οι «κιτρινόμαυροι» να παίρνουν το προβάδισμα.

Στο 31', λοιπόν, ο Πινέδα εκτέλεσε το κόρνερ, ο Μήτογλου στην προσπάθειά του να σουτάρει, έστρωσε στον Λιβάι και αυτός μέσα στην περιοχή με εξαιρετικό αριστερό έστειλε την μπάλα στη γωνία για το 0-1 της Ένωσης!  

Η ΑΕΚ πήρε τα πάνω της και στο 33' απείλησε για το 2-0 με τον Τσούμπερ με την Ένωση, πλέον, να ελέγχει το ματς και να ψάχνει το 2-0. Ένα γκολ που ήρθε στο 41' με τον Ελίασον. 

Η ΑΕΚ κινήθηκε εξαιρετικά στο τρανζίσιον, ο Πινέδα σε πρώτο χρόνο δεν κατάφερε να σουτάρει,  και ο Ελίασον που έγινε αποδέκτης της μπάλας με πλασέ και με τη βοήθεια του δοκαριού έστειλε την μπάλα στα δίχτυα για το 0-2!

Αλλαγές, 2-1 η Τράμπζονσπορ και «καθάρισε» ο Φαν Βέερτ

Με την έναρξη του β' μέρους ο Αλμέιδα προχώρησε σε πέντε μαζεμένες αλλαγές. Έβαλε τους Γαλανόπουλο αντί Σιμάνσκι, Άμραμπατ αντί Ελίασον, Γκατσίνοβιτς αντί Πινέδα, Σιντιμπέ αντί Ρότα και Αθανασιάδη αντί Στάνκοβιτς με την Ένωση να προσπαθεί να βρει «χημεία» και ισορροπία.

Και τα δεδομένα του ματς άλλαξαν στο 54' με την Τράμπζονσπορ να μειώνει στο σκορ με τον Μάξι Γκόμεζ που «έσπσε» το τεχνητό οφσάιντ των παικτών της ΑΕΚ στο καλοεκτελεσμένο φάουλ του Μπακασέτα και έκανε το 2-1.

Η Τράμπζονσπορ πήρε ψυχολογία, αναθάρρησε, όμως η ΑΕΚ κατάφερε να ισορροπήσει αρκετά γρήγορα στο 69' να χάσει μοναδική ευκαιρία για το 3ο γκολ. Ο Γκατσίνοβιτς κέρδισε πέναλτι σε χτύπημα από τον Μπακασέτα, ο Λιβάι Γκαρσία ανέλαβε την εκτέλεση, όμως νικήθηκε δις από τον Ουγκουρτζάν. 

Το 3ο γκολ, όμως, «ψηνόταν» και ήρθε με ακόμη μία καταπληκτική αντεπίθεση της ΑΕΚ που με έξι πάσες έπειτα από καταπληκτικό κλέψιμο του Μάνταλου έφθασε με τον Φαν Βέερτ στο 3-1.

Στο 82' η Τράμπζονσπορ κέρδισε πέναλτι σε χέρι του Μάνταλου με τον Μπακασέτα να μην καταφέρνει με δυνατή εκτέλεση να νικήσει τον Αθανασιάδη. Έτσι το 3-1 παρέμεινε με την ΑΕΚ στο 86' να αγγίζει το 4ο γκολ με τον Νορντίν Άμραμπατ.

Εν τέλει το 3-1 δεν άλλαξε με την ΑΕΚ να δείχνει πανέτοιμη για το Champions League και τα ματς πιθανώς με τη Ντιναμό Ζάγκρεμπ με δεδομένο το 4-0 του πρώτου ματς με την Αστάνα.

Τι έδειξε εν τέλει η ΑΕΚ στην Τραπεζούντα; Ότι μπορεί να παίξει σωστά περιμένοντας τον αντίπαλο χωρίς να πιέζει ψηλά, πράγμα που είχε κάνει και πέρσι ειδικά στα ντέρμπι με τον Παναθηναϊκό. Ότι είναι... φωτιά στην κόντρα και ότι ναι μεν ο Βίντα είναι βασικός, αλλά ο Αλμέιδα μπορεί να στηριχθεί, εφόσον χρειαστεί και στον Σίμο Μήτογλου.
