Rayo Vallecano: Announced the recruitment of Francisco
Rayo Vallecano have announced the appointment of Francisco as their coach, with the 45-year-old signing a one-year deal.
Francisco Rodriguez is officially the replacement of Anthony Iraola, in the technical leadership of Rayo Vallecano.
The 45-year-old coach was at Elche in the 2021/22 season, from which he was sacked last October after the team's poor start. Rayo management have come to an agreement for a one-year contract with Francisco. In case the goals of the season are achieved, then they will again sit at the negotiating table for the extension of his cooperation.
In the past Francisco has coached Almeria, Huesca and Girona among others.

Η Ράγιο Βαγιεκάνο ανακοίνωσε την πρόσληψη του Φρανσίσκο στην τεχνική της ηγεσία, με τον 45χρονο να υπογράφει συμβόλαιο για έναν χρόνο.
Ο Φρανσίσκο Ροντρίγκεθ είναι με κάθε επισημότητα ο αντικαταστάτης του Άντονι Ιραόλα, στην τεχνική ηγεσία της Ράγιο Βαγιεκάνο.
Ο 45χρονος τεχνικός βρισκόταν στην Έλτσε τη σεζόν 2021/22, από την οποία απολύθηκε τον περασμένο Οκτώβριο μετά το κακό ξεκίνημα της ομάδας. Η διοίκηση της Ράγιο ήρθε σε συμφωνία για συμβόλαιο ενός χρόνου με τον Φρανσίσκο. Σε περίπτωση που οι στόχοι της σεζόν επιτευχθούν, τότε θα καθίσουν και πάλι στο τραπέζι των διαπραγματεύσεων για την επέκταση της συνεργασίας του.
Στο παρελθόν ο Φρανσίσκο είχε κοουτσάρει τις Αλμερία, Ουέσκα και Τζιρόνα μεταξύ άλλων.
