Pavlidis: Knocked out for at least a month, misses the matches of the Greek national team

In the Netherlands, they report that Vangelis Pavlidis is expected to return to action in October and will "lose" the Alkmaar derby with Ajax, Conference League games and the two matches of our national team in the Nations League.

Bad was the news about the condition of Vangelis Pavlidis, who was injured in Alkmaar's 1-0 win over Cambur on Sunday (28/8). The Greek international forward suffered an ankle problem and the tests he took showed that he will be out of action for at least a month.

Among other things, he will automatically "lose" the AZ derby with Ajax (18/9), the matches with Dnipro, Vaduz for the Conference League (8 and 15/9 respectively), while he is not expected to be available for the matches either of our National team with Cyprus and Northern Ireland, in the final of the Nations League group scheduled for September 24 and 27.

In fact, it is reported in the Netherlands that due to his situation and because there are "sticky" games, his club may move for an attacker before the end of the transfer period there.

Στην Ολλανδία αναφέρουν πως ο Βαγγέλης Παυλίδης αναμένεται να επιστρέψει στη δράση τον Οκτώβριο και θα «χάσει» το ντέρμπι της Αλκμααρ με τον Αγιαξ, παιχνίδια του Conference League και τα δύο ματς της Εθνικής μας στο Nations League.

Ασχημα ήταν τα νέα για την κατάσταση του Βαγγέλη Παυλίδη που τραυματίστηκε στο κυριακάτικο (28/8) 1-0 της Αλκμααρ επί της Καμπούρ. Ο Ελληνας διεθνής φορ αποκόμισε ένα πρόβλημα στον αστράγαλο και οι εξετάσεις που έκανε έδειξαν πως θα μείνει εκτός δράσης για τουλάχιστον ένα μήνα.

Αυτόματα μεταξύ άλλων θα «χάσει» μίνιμουμ το ντέρμπι της AZ με τον Αγιαξ (18/9), τα ματς με Ντνίπρο, Βαντούζ για το Conference League (8 και 15/9 αντίστοιχα), ενώ δεν αναμένεται να είναι διαθέσιμος και για τις αναμετρήσεις της Εθνικής μας ομάδας με Κύπρο και Βόρειο Ιρλανδία, στο φινάλε του ομίλου του Nations League που έχουν προγραμματιστεί για τις 24 και 27 του Σεπτεμβρίου.

Μάλιστα στην Ολλανδία μεταδίδεται πως λόγω της κατάστασής του και επειδή υπάρχουν «κολλητά» παιχνίδια το club του ενδέχεται να κινηθεί για επιθετικό στο παρά ένα της λήξης της εκεί μεταγραφικής περιόδου.
